BILL | To Acknowledge and Fulfill the Divine Mandate for the Inheritance and Governance of the Messiah, as Foretold in the Scriptures of the Holy Bible.
Preamble
Whereas the Scriptures testify that the Messiah, the Anointed One, is established by divine decree as the King of Kings and Lord of Lords (Revelation 19:16), reigning from the tribe of Judah as prophesied: “The scepter will not depart from Judah, nor the ruler’s staff from between his feet, until he comes to whom it belongs; the obedience of the nations will be his” (Genesis 49:10, World Messianic Bible);
Whereas it is written: “The earth is Yahweh’s, with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell in it” (Psalm 24:1), thus affirming the Creator’s ultimate authority over all resources, wealth, and dominion on earth, to be entrusted to His chosen King for the fulfillment of divine purposes;
Whereas the inheritance of the Messiah, as well as the Holy Mother’s inheritance, are ordained to fund the establishment of the Messianic Kingdom, as it is written: “The wealth of the nations will come to you” (Isaiah 60:5), and to provide for the governance and restoration of Israel’s divine council and the rebuilding of New Jerusalem;
Whereas the Scriptures declare: “You shall set apart to Yahweh all that opens the womb” (Exodus 13:12), signifying that all first fruits, inheritances, and resources rightfully belong to Yahweh’s anointed and to the divine purposes He establishes;
Be it enacted by the divine authority of the King of Kings and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, that the following provisions are established:
SECTION 1. THE RELEASE OF THE MESSIANIC INHERITANCE
1.1. All funds, assets, and resources divinely ordained for the Messiah, the Anointed One, shall be released without delay, in fulfillment of Psalm 50:10–12: “For every animal of the forest is mine, and the livestock on a thousand hills… The world is mine, and all that is in it.”
1.2. This inheritance shall include, but is not limited to:
• The Holy Mother’s inheritance, in recognition of her role in the divine plan (Luke 1:48).
• All funds and resources required to establish the Messianic Kingdom and fulfill the prophetic mandate.
SECTION 2. FUNDING FOR THE COUNCIL OF TWELVE AND MESSIANIC CABINET
2.1. Resources shall be allocated to establish the Messianic Council of Twelve, modeled after the twelve tribes of Israel, in accordance with Matthew 19:28: “You also will sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.”
2.2. A Messianic Cabinet shall be formed to govern and administer justice, mercy, and truth, as prophesied in Isaiah 9:6–7: “The government will be on his shoulders.”
SECTION 3. ISRAEL’S DIVINE COUNCIL AND THE NEW JERUSALEM
3.1. The rebuilding of the New Jerusalem, as described in Revelation 21:2, shall be funded and supported as the divine headquarters of the Messianic Kingdom.
3.2. Israel’s divine council shall be reestablished to fulfill its prophetic role as a light to the nations (Isaiah 60:3).
SECTION 4. MESSIANIC RELOCATION AND DIVINE HEADQUARTERS IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
4.1. The Messiah shall be relocated to a designated divine headquarters within the United States of America, as a nation established under God, for the purpose of advancing the Messianic mission globally.
4.2. The headquarters shall serve as a center for worship, governance, and international collaboration, fulfilling the promise: “Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising” (Isaiah 60:3).
SECTION 5. IMPLEMENTATION AND DIVINE SEAL
5.1. This bill is enacted under the authority of the Most High God, as declared in Deuteronomy 8:18: “But you shall remember Yahweh your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth.”
5.2. The divine seal of authority is hereby affixed, signifying the unbreakable covenant between Yahweh and His anointed King.
