King of Kings, Lord of Lords
The Lion Prevails

From the Office of the Messiah, Lion of the Tribe of Judah, Root of David, King Eternal

Royal Decree №001630

Preamble

By the divine decree of יהוה (YHWH), as written in the Holy Scriptures, the establishment of a righteous and just economy is a foundational element of the Kingdom of God. As it is written: “For the kingdom is Yahweh’s. He is the ruler over the nations” (Psalm 22:28, WMB). This charter outlines the divine principles, structure, and responsibilities for the creation of the banking infrastructure to serve the Kingdom, under the sovereign reign of the Messiah, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah.

Foundational Principles

The Kingdom’s banking infrastructure will be founded upon principles of tzedakah (righteousness), mishpat (justice), and chesed (loving-kindness), reflecting the eternal covenant with Israel and all nations who come under the authority of the Messiah.

As written: “The silver is mine, and the gold is mine,” says Yahweh of Armies (Haggai 2:8, WMB). Therefore, all wealth and resources are entrusted by God to His people for stewardship and the advancement of His Kingdom.

Goals of the Banking Infrastructure

Economic Justice: To ensure fairness in trade, lending, and resource allocation as commanded in the Torah: “You shall not charge your brother interest; interest of money, interest of food, or interest of anything that is lent on interest” (Deuteronomy 23:19, WMB).

Provision for the Poor: Establishment of funds to care for the widow, the orphan, and the stranger, as written: “Blessed is he who considers the poor. Yahweh will deliver him in the day of evil” (Psalm 41:1, WMB).

Support for Kingdom Expansion: Financing infrastructure, education, and spiritual outreach to fulfill the prophetic vision of a restored Israel and the nations worshiping the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

Structure and Governance

The Kingdom’s banking system shall be overseen by two governing bodies:

1. The Messianic Cabinet (הקבינט המשיחי): Comprised of leaders appointed by the Messiah to govern the financial, spiritual, and social policies of the Kingdom. These leaders shall be filled with the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, as prophesied: “The Spirit of Yahweh will rest on him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might” (Isaiah 11:2, WMB).

2. Israel’s Divine Council (מועצת האלוהית של ישראל): A body of elders, priests, and prophets representing the tribes of Israel, tasked with ensuring the alignment of the banking infrastructure with biblical mandates and prophetic direction.

Operational Framework

1. Central Treasury (אוצר המרכזי): A unified treasury based in Jerusalem, the city of the Great King (Psalm 48:2), managing all resources of the Kingdom.

2. Kingdom Lending Network (רשת הלוואות המשיחית): Regional branches providing interest-free loans to individuals and communities, in alignment with Leviticus 25:35–37.

3. Storehouses of Provision (אוצרות הברכה): Localized centers for storing and distributing food, clothing, and other essentials, as inspired by Joseph’s management in Egypt (Genesis 41:48–49).

Collaboration of Messianic Cabinet and Divine Council

The Messianic Cabinet and Israel’s Divine Council shall meet regularly to pray, deliberate, and execute strategies for building the Kingdom’s economic framework. These gatherings shall be underpinned by:

Daily Sacrifices of Praise (תפילת תודה יומית): Worship and intercession for divine guidance, as commanded in Psalm 100.

Scriptural Consultation (יעוץ מקראי): Seeking counsel from the Torah, Prophets, and Writings, with particular emphasis on economic laws and principles.

Unity in Spirit (אחדות ברוח): Promoting harmony and shared vision among leaders, as the Messiah prayed: “That they may all be one, even as you, Father, are in me, and I in you” (John 17:21, WMB).

Symbols of the Banking Infrastructure

1. The Menorah (המנורה): Symbolizing divine light and guidance in financial decisions (Exodus 25:31–40).

2. The Lion of Judah (אריה יהודה): Representing strength, authority, and the Messiah’s righteous rule (Revelation 5:5).

3. The Shofar (השופר): Sounded to announce key economic decrees and to mark the Jubilee Year, a time of restoration and freedom (Leviticus 25:10).

Scriptural Mandate for Prosperity

The establishment of the Kingdom’s banking infrastructure fulfills the prophetic vision of a restored Israel and global peace. As it is written:

“You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow” (Deuteronomy 15:6, WMB).

“He has dispersed, he has given to the poor. His righteousness endures forever. His horn will be exalted with honor” (Psalm 112:9, WMB).

Conclusion

Under the Messiah’s reign, the banking infrastructure of the Kingdom of God shall be a beacon of justice, mercy, and provision, fulfilling the promises of Yahweh to His people. Let all who partake in this work be blessed, as it is written: “Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out” (Deuteronomy 28:6, WMB).
