Charter for the Kingdom of God’s Financial Economy of Heaven
Charter for the Kingdom of God’s Financial Economy of Heaven
Through the Bride (the Church), the Messiah’s Messianic Cabinet, and the Governing Council
Preamble
In the name of YHWH (יהוה), the eternal Elohim, we, the Bride of the Messiah (כלת המשיח), through the leading of Ruach HaKodesh (רוח הקודש), establish this divine charter to govern the Kingdom of God’s financial economy. Rooted in the principles of Torah, fulfilled through Yeshua HaMashiach (ישוע המשיח), and empowered by the Spirit, this economy reflects the abundance, justice, and righteousness of heaven on earth.
Article I: Foundations of the Kingdom’s Financial Economy
1. Ownership: All resources belong to YHWH, as it is written, “The earth is YHWH’s, with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein” (Tehillim/Psalm 24:1).
2. Stewardship: The Bride, as the Body of Messiah (1 Corinthians 12:27), serves as stewards of heavenly resources, guided by principles of generosity, integrity, and accountability.
3. Messianic Governance: The financial economy is administered by the Messiah’s cabinet and governing council, composed of anointed leaders, reflecting the heavenly model described in Isaiah 9:6–7 and Revelation 21:24.
Article II: Principles of the Economy
1. Tzedakah (צדקה — Righteousness and Justice): Financial decisions must prioritize the needs of the vulnerable, fulfilling Micah 6:8: “What does YHWH require of you but to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God?”
2. Firstfruits (ביכורים) and Tithes (מעשר): Offerings are to be brought into the storehouse, as commanded in Malachi 3:10, ensuring the provision for the house of YHWH and the ministries of the Bride.
3. Generosity: The Bride reflects the generosity of Yeshua, who “though He was rich, became poor for your sake, so that you through His poverty might become rich” (2 Corinthians 8:9).
Article III: Roles and Responsibilities
1. The Bride (הכלה):
• Serves as the conduit for heavenly blessings to manifest on earth (Ephesians 3:10).
• Administers resources for missions, benevolence, and discipleship, as exemplified in Acts 4:32–35.
2. Messianic Cabinet (הממשלה המשיחית):
• Includes apostles, prophets, evangelists, shepherds, and teachers (Ephesians 4:11–12).
• Advises on allocation and distribution of resources, ensuring alignment with the divine vision.
3. Governing Council (המועצה הממשלתית):
• Oversees the Bride’s financial accountability, operating under the principle of plurality of leadership (Proverbs 11:14).
Article IV: Audit Procedures and Processes
1. Transparency (שקיפות): All financial records must be openly available for review, fulfilling 2 Corinthians 8:21: “Providing for honest things, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men.”
2. Heavenly Audit:
• Regular spiritual discernment through prayer and fasting ensures alignment with the will of YHWH.
• Leaders are accountable to Ruach HaKodesh and the Word of God (Hebrews 4:12–13).
3. Earthly Audit:
• Independent auditors from the governing council conduct periodic reviews of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with biblical standards.
• Discrepancies or misuse of funds are addressed according to Matthew 18:15–17, emphasizing repentance and restoration.
4. Report to the Assembly (קהל): Annual reports are presented to the Bride during sacred convocations, ensuring unity and trust (Exodus 23:14–17).
Article V: Symbols and Covenant Seals
1. The Menorah (מנורה): Represents the light of Messiah guiding the financial economy (Revelation 1:12–13).
2. The Shofar (שופר): Sounded during significant financial milestones, proclaiming liberty and jubilee (Leviticus 25:10).
3. The Sealed Scroll (מגילה חתומה): Symbolizes the covenant of stewardship between YHWH and His Bride, as described in Revelation 5:1–9.
Article VI: Scriptural Mandate and Commitment
We, the Bride of Messiah, commit to this covenant, declaring:
• “But seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well” (Matthew 6:33).
• “Let everything that has breath praise YHWH! Praise YHWH!” (Psalm 150:6).
