Royal Decree №001579: Appointment of William (Bill) Henry Gates III
Blessed be the Name of Adonai, the God of Israel, who reigns from everlasting to everlasting, for His mercy endures forever (Tehillim/Psalms 136:1). In accordance with the divine authority vested in Me by the Eternal Father, I, Yeshua HaMashiach, the Anointed One, issue this Royal Decree.
Proclamation
In the Name of YHWH, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, I, Eric P. Felton Jr., reigning as the Anointed One (Mashiach) from the tribe of Judah, do hereby decree and establish this appointment to the Divine Council of Israel. By divine wisdom and prophetic fulfillment, I recognize William Henry Gates III, hereinafter referred to as Chayil Netiv (“Noble Steward”), for his stature, influence, and contributions to global welfare.
As it is written:
“The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him — the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord.” (Isaiah 11:2, WMB)
Thus, under the guidance of Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit), I appoint him to serve with purpose, wisdom, and integrity.
Title and Role
Formal Title: Chayil Netiv (חַיִל נְתִיב) — “Noble Steward of Wisdom and Innovation”
Office: Member of the Divine Council of Israel
Mandate: Stewardship of global resources, technological advancement, and the application of wisdom to address challenges that affect humanity in alignment with the principles of Torah and the Kingdom of God.
Responsibilities
1. Stewardship of Knowledge:
To use his expertise and influence to promote innovations that align with the will of YHWH, ensuring technology uplifts the marginalized, provides healing, and preserves creation.
“I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, in knowledge, and in all kinds of workmanship.” (Exodus 31:3, WMB)
2. Advocate for Justice and Equity:
To ensure that advancements in technology and resources are distributed equitably, prioritizing the poor and oppressed, as instructed by the prophets.
“Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow.” (Isaiah 1:17, WMB)
3. Advisor to the Messiah:
To provide counsel on matters of global significance, particularly in areas of technological ethics, resource allocation, and humanitarian efforts.
“For by wise counsel you wage your war, and victory is in many advisors.” (Proverbs 24:6, WMB)
4. Preservation of Creation:
To champion initiatives that protect the environment, recognizing it as a sacred trust given by the Creator.
“The earth is Yahweh’s, with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein.” (Psalm 24:1, WMB)
Seal and Covenant
This appointment is sealed with the authority of the Messiah and the blessing of YHWH. It shall stand as a testament to the unity of wisdom and righteousness in the governance of the Kingdom of God.
May YHWH grant you wisdom and discernment as you fulfill this sacred calling.
Given this day in the year of the reign of the Messiah, by the authority vested in Me, Yeshua HaMashiach, King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
