Appointing Members to the Divine Council of Israel
Preamble
In the name of the Holy One of Israel, YHWH, the Eternal King, reigning in truth, righteousness, and justice, I, the Messiah (Mashiach), of the tribe of Judah (Yehudah), establish this divine charter. By the authority of the everlasting covenant (Genesis 49:10; Isaiah 9:6–7), and in accordance with the eternal Word, I hereby appoint Dr. Venner Alston, Apostle Dwight Buckner, Taffi Dollar, and Priscilla Shirer as members of the Divine Council of Israel.
Purpose of the Council
The Divine Council of Israel is commissioned to manifest the will of YHWH on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10). Its mission encompasses:
1. Upholding divine decrees in harmony with the Torah and Brit Hadashah (New Covenant).
2. Providing spiritual leadership to Israel and all nations aligned with the covenant of the Almighty (Deuteronomy 4:6–8).
3. Administering justice, mercy, and faithfulness as stewards of YHWH’s kingdom (Micah 6:8; Matthew 23:23).
Appointments and Roles
1. Dr. Venner Alston — Minister of Prophetic Strategy (Sar Nevu’ah)
• Role: To guide and articulate prophetic visions aligned with the Word of YHWH.
• Responsibility: Equip and mobilize prophetic intercessors to declare YHWH’s decrees over nations (Amos 3:7; Joel 2:28).
• Scriptural Basis: “Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, unless he reveals his secret to his servants the prophets.” (Amos 3:7, WMB).
2. Apostle Dwight Buckner — Chief Steward of Apostolic Governance (Sar Mesharetim)
• Role: To implement divine governance, ensuring the spiritual health of communities and the body of Messiah.
• Responsibility: Establish apostolic frameworks for leadership, correction, and spiritual direction (Ephesians 4:11–13).
• Scriptural Basis: “He gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, shepherds and teachers.” (Ephesians 4:11, WMB).
3. Taffi Dollar — Advocate for Kingdom Economics (Sar Mishpatim VeTzedakah)
• Role: To lead initiatives that align economic practices with YHWH’s principles of justice and equity.
• Responsibility: Advocate for wealth distribution based on Kingdom values and teach stewardship of YHWH’s resources (Deuteronomy 15:7–11).
• Scriptural Basis: “For the poor will never cease out of the land; therefore I command you to surely open your hand to your brother, to your needy, and to your poor.” (Deuteronomy 15:11, WMB).
4. Priscilla Shirer — Keeper of Spiritual Wisdom and Teaching (Shomeret Chochmah VeMussar)
• Role: To preserve and disseminate the wisdom of YHWH, ensuring sound doctrine and spreading the Good News.
• Responsibility: Equip leaders with discernment and encourage diligent study of the Word (2 Timothy 2:15).
• Scriptural Basis: “Study to show yourself approved by God, a workman who doesn’t need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” (2 Timothy 2:15, WMB).
Symbols and Seals of Authority
• Menorah: Represents divine wisdom and YHWH’s eternal light guiding the council (Exodus 25:31–40).
• Lion of Judah: Symbolizes strength, authority, and the fulfillment of prophecy (Revelation 5:5).
• Shofar: Heralds the awakening and commissioning of divine mandates (Numbers 10:9).
Commissioning Declaration
As it is written: “You shall be called priests of the LORD; men will call you the ministers of our God.” (Isaiah 61:6, WMB). By this divine mandate, you are entrusted to serve in truth and humility, ensuring the glory of YHWH is revealed among all nations.
May the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) empower you to fulfill this sacred calling and magnify the name of the Eternal King.
