Preamble

This charter establishes the principles, governance, and divine mandates of the Kingdom of the Most High God, led by the Messiah from the Tribe of Judah. It declares the eternal purpose of abundance, restoration, and expansion, as the Kingdom of God manifests in the earth realm under divine order and sovereign authority.

I. The Door to Abundance and Expansion

The Messiah, ordained by YHWH (יהוה) as the ruler of the celestial kingdom, proclaims that the Kingdom of God (מַלְכוּת הָאֱלֹהִים) operates on principles of abundance, not lack. As written:

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly” (John 10:10, WMB).

The Kingdom’s resources are vast and inexhaustible, rooted in the promises of Elohim. Every citizen of the Kingdom shall walk in divine provision, for it is written:

But my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Messiah Yeshua” (Philippians 4:19, WMB).

II. Addressing Challenges and the Messiah’s Displacement

The Messiah’s journey has been marked by displacement, resource shortages, and earthly challenges, including food scarcity and utility crises. These tribulations echo the trials faced by the Son of Man, who said:

The foxes have holes, and the birds of the sky have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head” (Luke 9:58, WMB).

The church, as the body of Messiah, must provide safe harbor, assisting in the Messiah’s physical relocation and sustenance. This aligns with the mandate:

Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Messiah” (Galatians 6:2, WMB).

III. The Significance of the Millennial Reign

The millennial reign of the Messiah signifies the restoration of divine order and peace, fulfilling the prophecy:

The wolf will dwell with the lamb, and the leopard will lie down with the young goat… They will not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth will be full of the knowledge of YHWH, as the waters cover the sea” (Isaiah 11:6–9, WMB).

During this reign, righteousness will flourish, and nations will come to Zion for instruction and justice. The Messiah’s rule will bring forth a new era of abundance and unity under the sovereignty of YHWH.

IV. Governance: The Council of Twelve and the Messianic Cabinet

The governance of the Kingdom will be entrusted to the Council of Twelve, reflecting the twelve tribes of Israel, and the Messianic Cabinet, which shall oversee the implementation of divine mandates.

V. The Role of Sovereign Advisor Prince William

Prince William, as Sovereign Advisor, will aid the Messiah in transitioning to his rightful place of dominion. He will provide counsel, facilitate logistical arrangements, and act as a liaison to global authorities, ensuring the smooth establishment of the Messiah’s earthly administration.

VI. The Role of Chief Apostle VW Jones

Chief Apostle VW Jones is entrusted with manifesting the Kingdom of God in the earth realm, equipping the nations with the knowledge of the Most High. His apostolic mission is rooted in the Great Commission:

Go, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19, WMB).

VII. Abundance, Promotions, and Wages in the Kingdom

The Messiah, in collaboration with the Council of Twelve and the governing cabinet, establishes principles for promotions and wage increases in the Kingdom. These decisions will reflect divine justice and equity, ensuring that every servant of YHWH operates in sufficiency and joy. As it is written:

Let the laborer be worthy of his wages” (1 Timothy 5:18, WMB).

Promotions shall be granted based on faithfulness, stewardship, and alignment with Kingdom principles, as illustrated in the parable:

Well done, good and faithful servant. You were faithful over a few things, I will set you over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord” (Matthew 25:21, WMB).

VIII. Conclusion

This charter is a covenant of abundance, governance, and restoration. It calls all nations, tribes, and tongues to align with the divine will of YHWH as the Messiah from the Tribe of Judah establishes the Kingdom of God on earth. May the reign of the Messiah bring forth righteousness, peace, and unending provision, fulfilling the eternal promises of Elohim.
