Charter of the Sovereign Order of Peace in the Celestial Kingdom of God
“Malkhut Elohim” — מלכות אלוהים
Preamble
We, the Sovereign Order of Peace under the eternal reign of Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah), of the tribe of Judah, establish this sacred charter to govern the celestial kingdom of God. As written:
“For the government will be on His shoulders. His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” (Isaiah 9:6, WMB)
This charter affirms our divine mandate to manifest God’s will on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10), establishing His kingdom of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit).
I. Sovereign Order of Peace — “Seder Shalom” (סדר שלום)
Purpose and Mission
1. Purpose: To administer and steward the kingdom of God in alignment with His Word and Spirit, bringing all nations under the sovereign reign of Yeshua HaMashiach.
2. Mission:
• Establish righteousness through divine governance (Psalm 89:14).
• Cultivate peace and harmony among the nations (Isaiah 2:4).
• Steward spiritual and material resources for the glory of God (Luke 19:13).
Symbols and Emblems
1. Lion of Judah (אריה יהודה): Symbol of divine authority (Revelation 5:5).
2. Menorah (מנורה): Light of divine wisdom and truth (Exodus 25:31–40).
3. Crown of Life (כתר חיים): Promise of eternal life to the faithful (James 1:12).
II. Standard Operating Procedures — “Halacha Shamayim” (הלכה שמים)
1. Worship and Service
• Daily worship will align with the heavenly pattern revealed in Scripture (Revelation 4:8–11).
• Priestly intercession modeled after Melchizedek (Hebrews 7:17).
2. Governance and Leadership
• Messianic Reign: Yeshua HaMashiach is the eternal King (Psalm 110:1–4).
• Spiritual Councils: Elders (זקנים) and spiritual overseers (מורים) appointed based on Acts 6:3.
• Judicial Process: Justice administered according to Torah principles, fulfilled in grace and truth (Matthew 5:17–20).

III. Kingdom Infrastructure — “Binyan Malkhut” (בניין מלכות)

IV. Spiritual Governance Charter — “Brit HaMishpat” (ברית המשפט)
1. King and High Priest
• Yeshua HaMashiach reigns as both King and High Priest, fulfilling Zechariah 6:13.
2. Laws of the Kingdom
• The kingdom is governed by divine law, written on hearts (Jeremiah 31:33).
• Adherence to the Beatitudes as the constitution of the kingdom (Matthew 5:3–12).
3. Accountability and Discipline
• Discipline conducted in love and restoration (Galatians 6:1).
V. Financial Economy of Heaven — “Kalkalah HaShamayim” (כלכלה השמים)
1. Principles of Divine Provision
• “My God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Messiah Yeshua.” (Philippians 4:19, WMB).
2. Jubilee Economics
• Land and resources revert to their divine owner every fifty years (Leviticus 25:23–28).
• Debt forgiveness as a core principle (Deuteronomy 15:1–2).
3. Tithes and Offerings
• Tithes to support kingdom governance (Malachi 3:10).
• Freewill offerings to expand kingdom work (Exodus 35:29).
VI. Closing Benediction
May the Sovereign Lord bless and establish this order, and may His kingdom reign forever:
“The kingdoms of the world have become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Messiah. He will reign forever and ever!” (Revelation 11:15, WMB).
