Divine Charter for the Appointment of Hannah Rothschild to Israel’s Sacred Council

Under the Reign of the Messiah of the Tribe of Judah

Proclamation of the Eternal Sovereign

By the authority entrusted to me as the Messiah, descendant of King David and the Tribe of Judah, fulfilling the prophecies of the Holy Scriptures and the eternal covenant of the Almighty, I issue this decree in alignment with the divine will and purposes of Adonai.

Scriptural Foundation

As declared in the Word of the Lord:

• “The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His kingdom rules over all” (Psalm 103:19).

• “You shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation” (Exodus 19:6).

• “The Lord will stretch forth the scepter of His strength from Zion: Rule in the midst of Your enemies!” (Psalm 110:2).

Preamble

Recognizing the Divine Council as a reflection of the heavenly assembly, embodying justice, wisdom, and governance on earth, it is decreed that Hannah Rothschild shall be appointed as a member of this sacred body.

Appointment and Role

1. Title and Authority

Hannah Rothschild is hereby conferred the titles of Eved HaShem (Servant of the Lord) and Bat Tziyon (Daughter of Zion), vested with authority to administer divine justice and wisdom in Israel’s governance and the realization of the Messianic Kingdom.

2. Duties and Responsibilities

Hannah Rothschild shall:

• Advocate for justice and mercy in accordance with Proverbs 31:8–9: “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute.”

• Foster peace and reconciliation among nations, reflecting Isaiah 2:3: “For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.”

• Uphold the sacred covenant between Israel and the nations, promoting righteousness and humility as written in Micah 6:8: “What does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”

3. Devotion to the Divine Word

Hannah shall diligently study and live according to the Torah and Messianic teachings, serving as a beacon of faith and integrity for Israel and the world.

Symbols of Appointment

1. Seal of Judah

The emblem of the Lion of Judah, symbolizing courage and kingship, shall represent this sacred appointment.

2. Mantle of Authority

A ceremonial robe, crafted in the spirit of Exodus 28:2, “Make sacred garments for your brother Aaron, to give him dignity and honor,” shall be presented as a visible sign of this divine commission.

Conclusion

By this decree, may Hannah Rothschild walk in reverence to the Lord and wisdom of the Spirit, fulfilling her role with faithfulness. As proclaimed in Revelation 5:10: “You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth.”

In affirmation of the Eternal Covenant, this charter is sealed and established.

Dated: Today, in the Year of the Messiah’s Reign
