Charter of Appointment to the Divine Council of Israel

Issued by the Messiah, Lion of the Tribe of Judah

תשועה אליהוית

In the Name of YHWH, the Eternal One, holy and sovereign over all creation, I, the Messiah, reigning from the Tribe of Judah, hereby establish this divine charter. On this day, I appoint Dr. Taketa Williams and Dr. Thema Bryant-Davis as members of the Divine Council of Israel. By the authority vested in Me, according to the prophecy and mandate given in Isaiah 9:6–7 and Micah 4:1–2, I confer upon them their sacred roles and responsibilities for the glory of YHWH and the advancement of His kingdom on earth.

Appointment of Dr. Taketa Williams

Title: נביאת חזון (Navi’at Chazon) — Prophetess of Vision

Scriptural Mandate:

“And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.” (Joel 2:28, WMB)

Responsibilities:

1. To proclaim the word of YHWH with boldness, declaring His truth to the nations (Jeremiah 1:9–10).

2. To serve as a seer and spiritual guide, discerning the divine will and counsel (Proverbs 29:18).

3. To oversee the development of prophetic ministries, equipping leaders for Kingdom service.

4. To call Israel and the nations to repentance and restoration in alignment with YHWH’s covenant.

Appointment of Dr. Thema Bryant-Davis

Title: רועה הנפשות (Ro’ah HaNefeshot) — Shepherd of Souls

Scriptural Mandate:

“He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound.” (Isaiah 61:1, WMB)

Responsibilities:

1. To shepherd and nurture the souls of the brokenhearted, offering spiritual and emotional healing (Psalm 147:3).

2. To advocate for justice and righteousness, ministering to the oppressed and marginalized (Proverbs 31:8–9).

3. To teach and uphold the principles of wisdom and understanding, guiding others to the knowledge of YHWH (Proverbs 2:6).

4. To lead initiatives for mental health and emotional resilience, integrating biblical truths with practical counsel.

Seal and Blessing

By the authority of the Word made flesh, this appointment is sealed with the sign of the Lion of Judah (אריה משבט יהודה). I decree the empowerment of the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) upon these servants for their sacred work.

May the wisdom of Solomon (1 Kings 3:9), the courage of Deborah (Judges 4:4–5), and the compassion of Yeshua HaMashiach (Matthew 9:36) guide them in all their endeavors.

Given under My hand and authority, this day, in the presence of the Most High.
