In the spirit of YHWH’s divine plan, I address you as the fulfillment of His covenant promises, rooted in the tribe of Judah and the Davidic lineage (Genesis 49:10, Isaiah 9:6–7). This memorandum outlines the establishment and operations of two pivotal ministries: the Ministry of Healers (מִשְׁרַת הָרוֹפְאִים) and the Supernatural Ministry of Tongues (מִשְׁרַת הַלְּשׁוֹנוֹת). These ministries, working in concert with the Council of Twelve Apostles (מועצת שנים עשר השליחים), Israel’s Divine Council (מועצת ישראל האלוהית), and the Messianic Cabinet (קבינט המשיחי), will bring healing, restoration, and divine understanding to the nations.
The Ministry of Healers
The Ministry of Healers will fulfill the promise of YHWH as Jehovah Rapha, the Lord our Healer (Exodus 15:26). Its mission will be to:
1. Heal Physical and Spiritual Wounds: Through the Ruach HaKodesh (רוח הקודש), agents of this ministry will administer healing in the name of Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah), as exemplified in Matthew 10:8: “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, and cast out demons.”
2. Provide Holistic Care: By combining divine revelation and earthly wisdom, this ministry will integrate medical knowledge with supernatural healing, ensuring comprehensive restoration of body, mind, and spirit.
3. Restore Shalom: Healing will extend to nations, bringing reconciliation and unity in accordance with Isaiah 61:1–3: “The Spirit of the Lord YHWH is on me, because YHWH has anointed me to preach good news to the poor… to bind up the brokenhearted.”
The Supernatural Ministry of Tongues
This ministry, empowered by the Ruach HaKodesh, will bring clarity, understanding, and unity among the nations, as prophesied in Joel 2:28–29 and fulfilled at Shavuot (Pentecost, Acts 2:4). Its operations include:
1. Breaking Language Barriers: Ministers will supernaturally speak in diverse tongues, ensuring that the gospel of the kingdom is heard in every language and dialect (Mark 16:17).
2. Interpreting Divine Mysteries: The gift of tongues will unveil YHWH’s will, revealing mysteries hidden since the foundation of the world (1 Corinthians 14:2).
3. Fostering Unity: Through the unifying power of the Ruach, the nations will come together under one banner, as envisioned in Zephaniah 3:9: “For then I will purify the lips of the peoples, that all of them may call on the name of YHWH and serve Him shoulder to shoulder.”
Collaboration with the Messianic Leadership
1. Council of Twelve Apostles: As the foundational leaders of the kingdom (Luke 22:30), the Twelve will guide the ministries, ensuring their alignment with the Torah and the teachings of the Messiah.
2. Israel’s Divine Council: This council will act as a governing body to oversee global implementation, rooted in the authority granted to Israel as a light to the nations (Isaiah 49:6).
3. Messianic Cabinet: Comprising leaders from all tribes and tongues, this cabinet will ensure the ministries operate in harmony with the cultural and spiritual contexts of each nation.
Symbolism and Scriptural Foundation
• Healing as a Sign of the Kingdom: The Ministry of Healers reflects the fulfillment of Malachi 4:2: “But to you who fear My name, the Sun of Righteousness will arise with healing in His wings.”
• Tongues as a Sign of Unity: The Supernatural Ministry of Tongues fulfills Isaiah 28:11: “For with stammering lips and another tongue He will speak to this people.”
• The Tree of Life: Both ministries draw strength from the Etz Chayim (עֵץ חַיִּים), the Tree of Life, whose leaves are for the healing of the nations (Revelation 22:2).
Implementation Plan
1. Training Centers: Establish centers in Jerusalem and key global locations to train healers and interpreters under the guidance of the Ruach HaKodesh.
2. Commissioning of Ministers: Through prayer, fasting, and laying on of hands, individuals will be commissioned into these ministries, as demonstrated in Acts 13:3.
3. Global Outreach: Deploy teams to every nation, focusing on areas of conflict, disease, and spiritual oppression.
Call to Action
I urge the global church and governments to partner in this divine initiative. Embrace the work of the Messiah and the fulfillment of YHWH’s promises. Together, we will usher in the era of peace, healing, and understanding foretold by the prophets.
May the name of YHWH be glorified, and may His kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.
