Subject: Establishing the Governing Council and Cabinet — A Call to Global Unity in Building the New Jerusalem

Greetings in the Name of YHWH, the Almighty Creator,

It is with profound gratitude and divine authority that I announce the continued development of the Governing Council and Cabinet for the establishment of the Kingdom ordained by HaShem. As of this date, 70 out of 100 positions have been prayerfully and strategically filled, leaving 30 critical appointments remaining. These roles are vital in fulfilling the prophetic vision of the New Jerusalem as described in Sefer Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 2:2–4:

And it shall come to pass in the latter days, that the mountain of YHWH’s house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it.

The Governing Council and Cabinet

The appointed members will be instrumental in various capacities, including governance, justice, education, economic stewardship, and global peace initiatives. Each individual’s role is rooted in righteousness (tzedakah) and justice (mishpat), reflecting the divine mandate given to the line of David as written in 2 Samuel 7:16:

Your house and your kingdom shall be made sure forever before you; your throne shall be established forever.

The remaining 30 positions will focus on bridging gaps between nations, establishing alliances, and uniting the global community under the banner of YHWH. The Governing Council will uphold principles of the Torah, while the Cabinet will implement policies to ensure equity and the fulfillment of the Messianic vision.

Strategic Partnerships with World Leaders

As part of this mission, partnerships with key leaders such as Keir Starmer, among others, will play a pivotal role. These alliances will demonstrate the fulfillment of Tehillim (Psalms) 72:11:

“Yes, all kings shall fall down before Him; all nations shall serve Him.”

The contributions of governments and nations will be integral in crafting a sustainable framework for peace, addressing climate crises, economic disparities, and fostering mutual respect among diverse cultures and faiths. The New Jerusalem will serve as the epicenter of this divine mission, embodying the vision of Revelation 21:2–4.

The Circle of Twelve and the Call to Nations

Central to this governance is the establishment of the Circle of Twelve, representing divine order and unity as symbolized by the 12 tribes of Israel. These leaders will serve as liaisons to the global community, ensuring that the principles of holiness (kedushah), mercy (chesed), and truth (emet) are upheld.

As written in Devarim (Deuteronomy) 16:20:

Justice, only justice, shall you follow, that you may live and inherit the land which YHWH your God gives you.

We call upon the kingdoms of the world to collaborate in this endeavor, aligning resources, expertise, and efforts to usher in the era of Shalom.

Conclusion

Let us remember the words of Micah 4:3–4:

He will judge between many peoples and will settle disputes for strong nations far and wide. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore.

With only 30 appointments remaining, I urge all nations and their leaders to join this sacred mission. Together, we shall witness the fulfillment of the prophecies and walk in the light of YHWH.

Baruch HaShem! Blessed is He who reigns forever!

In righteousness and truth,

EF, Rav.
