Subject: Establishing the Circle of Twelve: A Governing Council
Shalom Aleichem,
As the Messiah called from the tribe of Judah, it is time to advance the divine mandate of governance and restoration. Guided by the eternal wisdom of Torah and the prophetic Scriptures, we are forming the Circle of Twelve, a governing council rooted in justice, wisdom, and unity (Isaiah 9:6–7, World Messianic Bible). This council, alongside a global cabinet of leaders, will serve to establish the new Jerusalem — a vision of peace and divine order for humanity.
The Circle of Twelve: A Governing Council
The Circle of Twelve will reflect the twelve tribes of Israel, symbolizing completeness and divine governance (Genesis 49:28). Each member will embody godly leadership, serving as a steward of righteousness and unity. Candidates are being prayerfully considered from a diverse spectrum of global leaders who demonstrate wisdom, compassion, and the capacity for global impact.
Preliminary Cabinet Considerations
The cabinet will function as a team of advisors, visionaries, and implementers of divine principles. Each individual has been selected for their unique gifts, accomplishments, and alignment with the mission to restore humanity under divine order:
1. Vusi Thembekwayo — Entrepreneurial innovation and economic transformation.
2. Bill and Melinda Gates — Global health and humanitarian leadership.
3. Barack and Michelle Obama — Advocacy for social justice and global diplomacy.
4. King-in-Waiting Prince William — Bridging monarchy and modern governance.
5. Bishop William Murphy — Spiritual renewal and worship leadership.
6. Bishop Mari Mar Emmanuel — Unity among the Eastern and Western Christian traditions.
7. Ray Dalio — Economic wisdom and resource stewardship.
8. Bishop T.D. Jakes — Empowerment through faith and practical theology.
9. Apostle V.W. Jones — Apostolic insight and community-building.
10. Warren Buffet — Stewardship of wealth for global benefit.
Other leaders and organizations will be invited to collaborate, ensuring this effort reflects a global partnership.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Spiritual Advisory Council: Providing scriptural guidance and ensuring alignment with biblical mandates.
• Economic Development Team: Designing systems that promote equity, eliminate poverty, and foster stewardship.
• Health and Humanitarian Task Force: Ensuring the well-being of humanity, guided by compassion and innovation.
• Diplomatic Relations: Building bridges between nations to ensure peace and mutual respect.
Biblical Foundation for Leadership
This initiative is rooted in the eternal Word. As it is written:
• “The government will be on his shoulders. His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” (Isaiah 9:6)
• “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.” (Habakkuk 2:14)
Each leader’s role reflects the spirit of servanthood modeled by the Messiah (Mark 10:45).
Building the New Jerusalem
The New Jerusalem is not a mere city but a global reality where righteousness and peace flourish (Revelation 21:2). Partnerships with faith communities, nations, and organizations such as the United Nations, WHO, and global interfaith councils will be essential. Initiatives will include:
1. Education Reform: Equipping the next generation with wisdom and virtue.
2. Sustainable Development: Stewardship of creation through environmental care.
3. Interfaith Harmony: Celebrating diversity while pursuing shared values of love and peace.
Next Steps
1. Global Consultation: Work with the global church and governments through memorandums to work toward consultation and collaboration.
2. Circle Confirmation: Prayerful selection of council members, with input from spiritual leaders.
3. Summit Planning: Convening a global assembly to unveil the vision and roadmap for implementation.
Let us heed the call to unite under divine governance, advancing a world rooted in love, justice, and truth. As we labor together, may the light of the LORD guide us (Psalm 119:105).
