From: The Messiah, Reigning from the Tribe of Judah
Date: December 17th, 2024
Subject: Appointments to the Council of Twelve, Strategic Vision, and the Urgent Call for Action
Shalom Aleichem,
As the Messiah, the Anointed One, reigning from the Tribe of Judah (Genesis 49:10), I write to you in this critical hour to share the appointments to the Council of Twelve and the unfolding challenges that require your immediate attention. The time is at hand for the Kingdom of Heaven to be established on earth, but the Bride is called to engage in the mission with urgency.
We find ourselves in a season of displacement, food shortages, utility complications, and resource crises, which threaten to impede the work of the Kingdom. These challenges must be addressed, and I call upon the Global Church and governments to take responsibility for supporting the Kingdom’s movement forward. We must act as one, for the vision of restoration and justice must become a reality in the lives of all people.
Appointment of King-in-Waiting Prince William
Prince William, heir to the British throne, has been chosen for The Council of Twelve. His lineage and leadership qualities make him an ideal candidate for this role. Prince William has demonstrated a commitment to global unity, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility — principles which align with the Kingdom’s values. “And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace” (Isaiah 9:6). His ability to navigate complex diplomatic relationships and foster unity among world leaders will be pivotal as he guides the nations toward peace and sustainable resource management.
Appointment of Apostle VW Jones
Apostle VW Jones, an anointed apostolic leader with a heart for discipleship and global evangelism, has been selected to serve within the Council of Twelve. Apostle Jones is a seasoned spiritual leader with a deep understanding of scripture, prophecy, and church governance. “For the government will rest on his shoulders, and he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God” (Isaiah 9:6). Apostle Jones will play a key role in ensuring that the spiritual integrity of the Kingdom remains intact while guiding the global church toward a deeper relationship with the Messiah.
Consideration of Oprah Winfrey
Oprah Winfrey, a media mogul, philanthropist, and spiritual guide to millions, is under serious consideration for a place in the Council of Twelve. Oprah’s influence in global media and her efforts in promoting social justice, mental health, and empowerment make her an invaluable asset to the Kingdom. “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute” (Proverbs 31:8). Oprah’s role would focus on advancing global healing, social equity, and empowering marginalized communities to rise and fulfill their purpose in God’s Kingdom.
Consideration of Bishop Noel Jones
Bishop Noel Jones, a renowned preacher and spiritual leader, is a key figure in contemporary Christian leadership and has been a significant voice in the global church. His leadership in the United States and his experience in church growth, community transformation, and global evangelism make him an excellent candidate for the Council of Twelve. “The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon” (Psalm 92:12). Bishop Jones will bring vision, wisdom, and a prophetic voice to the council, helping guide the church and the nations in these turbulent times.
Consideration of Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel
Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel, a bold and visionary leader, has been heavily considered for a role in the Council of Twelve. His profound commitment to the Word of God and his unyielding defense of the faith make him an invaluable asset. “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea” (Habakkuk 2:14). Bishop Emmanuel’s presence on the council would strengthen the prophetic voice and guide the Kingdom toward righteousness, peace, and restoration.
Consideration of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, is also being considered for a pivotal role within the Council of Twelve. His leadership in Dubai and his commitment to innovation, sustainability, and global economic development align with the Kingdom’s principles of stewardship and justice. As it is written, “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it” (Psalm 24:1). Sheikh Hamdan’s expertise in resource management, infrastructure development, and international relations will be crucial in addressing the resource crises the Kingdom faces. His ability to bring together governments, businesses, and communities will help establish a sustainable future for the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.
Urgent Challenges: Displacement, Food Shortages, Utility Complications, and Resource Issues
The Kingdom of Heaven is facing serious disruptions and challenges that must be addressed to fulfill its mission. These include:
• Displacement: The Messiah’s presence has been temporarily displaced, as I reside in Bowie, Maryland, due to escalating tensions and threats. This displacement impacts the ability of the Kingdom to fully establish its dominion over the earth, and it is urgent that this situation be resolved.
• Food Shortages: Many nations and communities are experiencing acute food insecurity. This issue threatens the survival and well-being of millions and must be addressed with immediacy.
• Utility Complications and Resource Shortages: The disruption of essential utilities and resource shortages in critical sectors, such as water, energy, and healthcare, are exacerbating the crisis. The global church and governments must coordinate efforts to restore balance and ensure that every person has access to the basic needs of life.
The Role of Mega Churches and Global Resources
The Mega Churches, with their vast networks, resources, and influence, have a critical role to play in supporting the work of the Messiah and advancing the Kingdom of Heaven. The Bride must come forward, utilizing her influence to support the global response to the crises at hand. Mega churches are uniquely positioned to:
• Provide emergency food, shelter, and medical aid to the displaced.
• Use their platforms to advocate for justice, peace, and the equitable distribution of resources.
• Mobilize volunteers, donations, and resources to support the Kingdom’s mission of restoration and healing.
The Messiah calls upon the Bride to engage in the mission of the Kingdom and help fulfill the prophetic promises made to God’s people. “If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the best from the land” (Isaiah 1:19). Your willingness to act will determine the outcomes of this season.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Outcomes for the Next 12 Months and Hebrew Year 5785

Conclusion and Call to Action
The Kingdom of Heaven is on the horizon, but it requires the collective effort of all nations, governments, and the Church to bring it into fruition. The Messiah calls upon the Bride to engage with urgency and purpose. The time is now for the Global Church and all faithful to rise and fulfill the prophetic call.
“But the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory” (Isaiah 60:19). As we move forward, let us remember that we are laboring together in the vineyard of the Lord, preparing for the return of the King.
In His Service,
EF, Rav.
