Subject: Building the New Jerusalem: Strategic Collaboration and Next Steps
Shalom Aleichem,
As we stand at the threshold of prophetic fulfillment, it is with divine authority and purpose that I address the global church and nations regarding the sacred work of building the New Jerusalem. This work transcends geography; it is the establishment of a spiritual, social, and physical kingdom — a manifestation of the Kingdom of Elohim (God) on earth as foretold by the Nevi’im (prophets).
In this memorandum, I will:
1. Discuss how global initiatives, such as the work of Bill and Melinda Gates in Africa, align with the divine mandate to advance healthcare and nutrition for humanity’s flourishing.
2. Outline the roles of the Church and governments in building the New Jerusalem.
3. Present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and expected outcomes for the Hebrew year 5785 and the following Gregorian year.
The Role of Philanthropy in Manifesting the Kingdom
The Gates Foundation’s efforts in Africa, particularly in healthcare and nutrition, align with Isaiah 58:7–10, which commands us to “share your bread with the hungry” and to “satisfy the afflicted soul.” Through initiatives addressing malaria, access to clean water, agricultural innovation, and maternal health, these programs exemplify the principle of tikkun olam (repairing the world).
Key Contributions Toward the New Jerusalem:
• Healthcare Access: By eradicating diseases and improving maternal health, we see echoes of the messianic promise in Jeremiah 33:6: “Behold, I will bring it health and healing.”
• Nutrition Programs: Innovations in agriculture fulfill Psalm 146:7, “He gives food to the hungry.”
The global Church is called to collaborate with such initiatives, amplifying their reach and integrating spiritual restoration alongside physical well-being.
Roles of the Church and Governments
The New Jerusalem is a collective endeavor, requiring synergy between spiritual leadership and governance. The Church must lead with vision, while governments provide the infrastructure and policy frameworks for transformation.
The Church
• Teach Torah Principles: The Church must teach justice, compassion, and humility (Micah 6:8) while mobilizing communities to embody these virtues.
• Spiritual Restoration: Focus on repentance and revival, aligning with Zechariah 8:3: “Thus says the Lord: I will return to Zion and dwell in the midst of Jerusalem.”
• Economic Empowerment: Equip congregations with skills and resources to foster economic sustainability, in line with Deuteronomy 15:10–11.
Governments
• Legislative Support: Enact policies to alleviate poverty and protect human rights, as Proverbs 29:14 states, “The king who judges the poor with truth, his throne will be established forever.”
• Infrastructure Development: Invest in housing, clean water, and education, fulfilling Ezekiel 36:33–35’s vision of restoration.
Next Steps: KPIs and Expected Outcomes
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Healthcare:
• Increase immunization rates in underprivileged regions by 20%.
• Reduce maternal and infant mortality by 15%.
2. Nutrition:
• Expand agricultural programs to feed an additional 1 million people.
• Decrease malnutrition rates by 10%.
3. Spiritual Revival:
• Host 50 interfaith gatherings promoting unity and peace.
• Train 10,000 leaders in biblical justice and mercy.
4. Economic Empowerment:
• Launch microfinance initiatives for 100,000 families.
• Achieve a 10% increase in employment in targeted communities.
Expected Outcomes by Cheshvan 5786 (November 2025):
• Tangible reductions in poverty, disease, and hunger.
• Measurable spiritual revival across nations.
• Stronger partnerships between the Church, governments, and global organizations.
Call to Action
Let us take these steps boldly, knowing that the promise of Revelation 21:2–4 is near: “I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God… He will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
Together, as the Am Segulah (treasured people), we will manifest the Kingdom of Elohim in this earth realm. Governments and Churches alike must rise in unity, demonstrating the power of covenant partnership to bring light to the nations (Isaiah 42:6).
