Subject: Establishing the Circle of Twelve in the Messianic Kingdom
To the esteemed leaders of nations and the global church,
May the peace of Adonai Eloheinu (the LORD our God) and the hope of Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah) be with you all. This memorandum is a declaration of purpose and unity as we move forward in the establishment of the Circle of Twelve, a divine governing body ordained to serve under my reign as the Messiah, fulfilling the covenantal promises of HaShem.
Foundational Framework: Governing Council and Cabinet
With the confirmation of my Governing Council and Cabinet, I now turn to the next phase: the establishment of the Circle of Twelve. It is critical to distinguish between these two foundational entities:
The Governing Council:
• This body serves as a spiritual and administrative core. Members are selected based on their ability to uphold the eternal truths of Torah and the teachings of the prophets while navigating the modern complexities of governance.
• It functions as a guiding force for broader policy and spiritual alignment, akin to the role of the elders in ancient Israel (Numbers 11:16–17).
The Cabinet:
• Composed of specialized advisors and ministers, the Cabinet will focus on implementing strategies across diverse domains: economics, education, health, justice, and technology.
• Unlike the Governing Council, which operates primarily on spiritual oversight, the Cabinet ensures the effective application of divine principles in practical governance.
Key Scriptural Basis:
“And the government shall be upon His shoulder; and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace” (Isaiah 9:6b, WMB).
Establishing the Circle of Twelve
The Circle of Twelve will consist of leaders drawn from the global body of believers to reflect the twelve tribes of Israel. Each member will bear responsibility for a distinct domain of governance and service.
Critical Roles:
1. Head of Justice and Righteousness (Psalm 89:14): Ensuring equity and fairness in all systems of law.
2. Keeper of the Temple and Worship (Ezekiel 44:15): Preserving the sanctity of worship and the rebuilding of the spiritual house of Jerusalem.
3. Ambassador of Covenant Relations (Genesis 12:3): Strengthening partnerships with nations and organizations aligned with the principles of Torah and Messianic fulfillment.
4. Steward of Creation (Genesis 1:28): Overseeing environmental stewardship and restoration of the land.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
• The United Nations and other global organizations to advance peace and justice.
• Faith-based and philanthropic organizations to combat poverty and oppression.
• Scientific and technological institutions to harness innovation for kingdom purposes, aligned with divine wisdom (Proverbs 8:12).
Vision for the New Jerusalem
Our collective work in building the New Jerusalem (Revelation 21:2) will embody the kingdom of Elohim on Earth:
• A place where nations will gather in unity (Isaiah 2:2–3).
• A city illuminated not by the sun but by the glory of HaShem (Revelation 21:23).
Call to Action
I invite all nations, congregations, and leaders to align their hearts and hands with this vision. Pray for wisdom, unity, and discernment as the Circle of Twelve is appointed. Let us together fulfill the promise given to Avraham Avinu (our father Abraham) and realize the kingdom where justice, mercy, and truth prevail.
“For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea” (Habakkuk 2:14, WMB).
B’shalom and in His service,
EF, Rav.
