This memorandum is issued from Bowie, Maryland, the seat of divine governance, where the Davidic mantle rests upon the shoulders of the Anointed One. As foretold in Isaiah 9:6–7:
“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forward forever. The zeal of the LORD of Armies will perform this.”
This sacred mandate compels direct and indirect cooperation with global leadership, beginning with the President-elect of the United States, Donald J. Trump, and his administration. Guided by divine wisdom (חָכְמָה), the Messiah’s Governing Council and Cabinet will ensure harmony between heaven and earth (Genesis 28:12).
Divine Appointments and Roles
1. Barack and Michelle Obama — Ambassadors for Leadership and Equity
The Obamas shall serve as global emissaries, advancing leadership rooted in equity and justice, echoing Micah 6:8:
“He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does the LORD require of you but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?”
2. Pope Francis — Advisor for Global Interfaith Unity
His Holiness Pope Francis will serve as an advisor, fostering unity among faiths in accordance with Psalm 133:1:
“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!”
The Vatican’s role as a beacon of peace will align with the Messianic vision for global reconciliation.
3. Vice President Kamala Harris — Senior Advisor for Justice and Equity
Vice President Harris shall guide domestic policies on justice and equity, reflecting the prophetic call of Amos 5:24:
“Let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.”
Direct and Indirect Governance
In collaboration with the Trump administration, the Anointed One will engage directly in matters requiring moral clarity and spiritual authority. Indirectly, through divine appointees, the Governing Council will advocate policies rooted in the Torah’s precepts, such as care for the widow, the orphan, and the stranger (Deuteronomy 10:18–19).
Seal of Covenant (חותם הברית)
This partnership is established under the covenant of Genesis 12:2–3:
“I will make you a great nation. I will bless you and make your name great. You will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you. All the families of the earth will be blessed through you.”
Call to Action
Leaders of the global church and governments are called to support this sacred mission, ensuring justice, peace, and righteousness flourish under the banner of the King of Kings (מלך המלכים). Let us fulfill the vision of Isaiah 11:9:
“The earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.”
