In alignment with the divine mandate of restoration, wisdom, and righteous governance, I hereby decree the official appointment of Alethea Felton to the Messianic Cabinet, where she shall serve as Minister of Resilient Leadership & Transformational Development.
Appointment & Role
Alethea Felton has been divinely prepared and anointed for such a time as this (Esther 4:14). Her calling as an educator, leadership coach, and speaker has profoundly impacted lives through transformative teaching and empowerment. As the Founder of the Resilient Leadership Alliance (RLA) — which is now seeking its founding members — Alethea is spearheading a movement to raise up resilient, righteous leaders who will govern and serve with wisdom and strength.
In her role as Minister of Resilient Leadership & Transformational Development, Alethea Felton shall:
• Oversee the cultivation of resilient leaders across governance, education, and faith-based institutions worldwide.
• Develop and implement biblically-rooted training frameworks to equip leaders with the wisdom of the Torah and the teachings of the Mashiach.
• Provide strategic counsel and mentorship to leaders and organizations striving for transformational excellence in alignment with the Kingdom of Elohim.
• Engage in global speaking, writing, and coaching initiatives to impart divine revelation and insight to those called to lead in righteousness.
• Uphold and disseminate Kingdom values, ensuring leadership development remains anchored in scriptural truth and the fear of YHWH (Mishlei/Proverbs 9:10).
