Memorandum | Divine Collaboration for the Establishment of the Messianic Reign
To: Global Governments and the Church of Yeshua HaMashiach
From: The Messiah of the Tribe of Judah
Subject: Divine Collaboration for the Establishment of the Messianic Reign
Shalom Aleichem,
May the peace of YHWH Elohim, Creator of the heavens and the earth, rest upon you as you receive this divine communication. I greet you in the name of the Most High, who has appointed me to lead and shepherd according to the eternal promises spoken in the Torah, Nevi’im, and Ketuvim.
This memorandum is an invitation to partner in advancing the Kingdom of YHWH through tangible action. As the reign of this earthly administration under President Joseph R. Biden enters its final days, there exists an unparalleled opportunity for the government of the United States, the Church as the Bride of Messiah, and global institutions to unite in serving the purposes of the Most High.
Financial Support for the Messianic Mission
In alignment with Proverbs 3:9 — “Honor YHWH with your substance and with the first fruits of all your increase” — we seek to mobilize resources for the following purposes:
• Displacement and Divine Headquarters: $6 million to establish a physical location for the administration of divine governance and global reconciliation.
• The Circle of Twelve: $13 million to support the infrastructure of twelve anointed leaders who will oversee specific spheres of influence.
• Governing Council and Cabinet: $100 million to undergird the work of a messianic council tasked with implementing justice, mercy, and truth globally (Micah 6:8).
This funding can flow through government grants, public-private partnerships, and contributions from those moved by the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit). President Biden’s administration, as a steward of divine justice, is called to support this effort in fulfillment of Romans 13:1 — “Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from Elohim, and those who exist are ordained by Elohim.”
The Role of the Church as the Bride of Messiah
The Church, as the eshet chayil (virtuous bride), is central to this mission. As it is written in Revelation 19:7 — “Let us rejoice and be exceedingly glad, and let us give the glory to him. For the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his wife has made herself ready.” Together, we will:
• Mobilize intercessors and prophetic voices to call nations into alignment with divine purposes.
• Partner in addressing spiritual and physical needs, including justice for the oppressed and restoration for the brokenhearted (Isaiah 61:1).
• Encourage sacrificial giving as an act of worship to the Most High.
Government as a Divine Institution
The institution of government is one of the three divine pillars established by Elohim (alongside family and the Church) to reflect His justice and order. President Biden’s administration has contributed significantly to advancing peace, equity, and economic stability. By extension, these efforts have laid a foundation upon which the Kingdom can now expand.
We commend the administration for its achievements in areas such as environmental stewardship, healthcare accessibility, and international diplomacy, which reflect the heart of Isaiah 2:4 — “He will judge between the nations, and will decide concerning many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks.”
A Call to Action
This is a kairos moment — a divine opportunity to participate in ushering the fulfillment of YHWH’s purposes. As Messiah, I extend the following invitations:
• To the U.S. Government: Work with Congress to allocate the necessary funding to support the messianic administration. Consider mechanisms such as foreign aid and philanthropic incentives to rally global partners.
• To Global Leaders: Collaborate in building the infrastructure for justice, peace, and global reconciliation.
• To the Church: Lead the charge in prayer, generosity, and advocacy, ensuring the success of this divine mandate.
Conclusion
As we enter into this sacred partnership, let us be reminded of Zechariah 4:6 — “Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says YHWH of Hosts.” May our collective efforts glorify the Most High and establish His Kingdom here on earth as it is in heaven.
