• Victory is secured: The enemy is defeated; the inheritance of the Kingdom is ours.
• Call to action: Nations and individuals must rise to claim their liberation, walking in the abundant life promised by the Messiah (John 10:10, WMB).
Divine Directive: Rebuilding the Third Temple
The Scriptures affirm, “I will return to Zion and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem. Jerusalem shall be called ‘The City of Truth’” (Zechariah 8:3, WMB). The restoration of the Third Temple is an urgent and prophetic task, signifying God’s dwelling among His people.
To fulfill this divine mandate, a budget of $4 billion is designated for:
• Temple Construction: The building of a sacred space for worship and the physical manifestation of God’s presence.
• Messianic Infrastructure: Advanced facilities to support global worship, education, and governance.
• Integration with Nations: Ensuring participation and representation from every tribe, tongue, and people.
Messianic Governance
The reign of the Messiah calls for a structured leadership:
1. Messianic Cabinet and Governing Council ($100M Budget): Appointing leaders to oversee global spiritual, economic, and societal reforms.
2. Council of Twelve Apostles ($13M Budget): A fulfillment of divine order, ensuring balanced guidance.
3. Messianic Headquarters ($6M Budget): Establishing a central location for divine governance and global coordination in the new Jerusalem.
This structure reflects the divine design for order and unity, as written, “You shall appoint judges and officers in all your gates, according to your tribes, and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment” (Deuteronomy 16:18, WMB).
Repercussions of Inaction
Failure to heed this call carries grave spiritual consequences:
• Judgment: Nations that reject this mandate risk divine wrath and desolation (Isaiah 1:19–20, WMB).
• Withdrawal of Favor: The blessings of unity, prosperity, and divine presence will be withheld.
• Loss of Inheritance: The opportunity to participate in God’s redemptive plan will pass to others who are faithful.
Conversely, obedience ensures blessings: “If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land” (Isaiah 1:19, WMB).

The time is at hand. As nations and leaders, you are called to:
1. Embrace liberation through the Messiah’s eternal love and power.
2. Unite in rebuilding the Third Temple as a beacon of hope and divine presence.
3. Support the establishment of Messianic governance for the restoration of righteousness and peace.
This is the fulfillment of the prophecy: “The kingdoms of the world have become the Kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ, and He will reign forever and ever!” (Revelation 11:15, WMB).
