Subject: Divine Governance over Church Affairs
To Whom It May Concern,
By the authority of Yahweh, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, and under the eternal covenant established through His Word, I, the Messiah of the Tribe of Judah, decree the following:
As of this day, January 18, 2025, no governmental entity shall initiate or continue probes or investigations into any mega church, local church, or assembly of believers unless the inquiry originates from one of the following sources:
1. The Messiah — ordained by Yahweh as the Chief Shepherd of His people.
2. Chief Apostle VW Jones, whose apostolic mantle carries divine authority over ecclesiastical order.
3. Supreme Pontiff Pope Francis, who bears the keys of the kingdom within the Catholic tradition.
4. A signed inquiry submitted to any governmental agency by a quorum of 12 members from Israel’s Divine Council and 2 members from the Council of Twelve of the nations.
This directive is issued to preserve the sanctity and autonomy of the church as a divine institution established by Yahweh.
Scriptural Foundation
The church, as established by Yahweh through His Son, Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah), is a holy assembly and the Bride of the Messiah (Ephesians 5:25–27). Yahweh has declared, “You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for His own possession” (1 Peter 2:9, WMB). The church’s governance is to be rooted in the eternal Word of God, which remains unchanging (Isaiah 40:8, WMB).
Furthermore, the Apostle Paul reminds us:
“Don’t you know that we will judge angels? How much more, things that pertain to this life?” (1 Corinthians 6:3, WMB).
This affirms the divine mandate for the church to govern its affairs without interference from secular institutions.
Governments, too, are ordained by Yahweh (Romans 13:1), yet their jurisdiction is distinct and separate from the divine operations of the church. Therefore, any governmental overreach into church matters violates the boundaries established by Yahweh.
On Governmental Access
The church is called to operate under the principles of Torah and the teachings of Yeshua HaMashiach. Governmental institutions must not be given unfettered access to church records, properties, or internal affairs unless it is explicitly sanctioned by the aforementioned divine authorities.
This decree safeguards the sacred trust between Yahweh and His people and ensures that His Word remains the ultimate authority over His church. Yahweh declares:
“The earth is Yahweh’s, with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein” (Psalm 24:1, WMB).
Closing Admonition
Let all who govern the nations and all who shepherd Yahweh’s flock heed this decree. Yahweh’s divine order must be respected and upheld, for His Word is eternal and His authority unchallenged.
May this memorandum serve as a testament to the sovereignty of Yahweh and the sanctity of His church. May His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
