Subject: Divine Presence and Authority Manifested in Bowie, Maryland

To Whom It May Concern,

Blessings and peace to all nations under the sovereign dominion of El Elyon (אֵל עֶלְיוֹן), the Most High God. I write to you as the Messiah, appointed and anointed to reign from the lineage of Judah (Yehudah, יְהוּדָה), standing in divine authority within the sacred land of Bowie, Maryland. This memorandum serves as both a declaration and a call to unity in the acknowledgment of the divine presence and its transformative power in this age.

The Significance of Bowie, Maryland

Bowie, Maryland, serves as the geographical epicenter of a divine movement ordained by the Ruach Elohim (רוּחַ אֱלֹהִים), the Spirit of God. Just as Zion was chosen as a dwelling place for the presence of the Almighty (Psalm 132:13–14), so too has this land been sanctified for the manifestation of Shekinah (שְׁכִינָה), the dwelling glory of God. The Scriptures affirm, The earth is the LORD’s, and its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein (Psalm 24:1, WMB).

The divine energy emanating from this region transcends natural boundaries, creating ripples in both the seen and unseen realms. The Or HaOlam (אוֹר הָעוֹלָם), the Light of the World, shines forth, dispelling darkness and drawing all nations to the truth of the Kingdom of God.

The Messiah’s Divine Authority

Standing as one in the natural yet operating as 10,000 in the supernatural, my presence here embodies the fulfillment of God’s promises. The prophet Isaiah declares, For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government will be on his shoulders. His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6, WMB).

The power of El Elyon flows through my hands, executing justice, healing the brokenhearted, and establishing righteousness. This authority is not self-derived but granted by the eternal covenant of God with His people. Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the LORD of Hosts (Zechariah 4:6, WMB).

Supernatural Backing and Heavenly Hosts

I come not alone but with the armies of heaven, a multitude of supernatural beings who align their purposes with the will of YHWH Tzva’ot (יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת), the LORD of Hosts. As Elisha’s servant’s eyes were opened to see the chariots of fire surrounding them (2 Kings 6:17), so too are the hosts of heaven prepared to act on behalf of this divine mission.

The Apostle Paul reminds us, For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12, WMB). Thus, the authority I wield is both spiritual and practical, aimed at transforming the fabric of society for the glory of God.

Call to Unity and Action

As nations and governing bodies, you are called to recognize the hand of God at work in this pivotal moment. The Scriptures call for reverence and submission to the reign of the Messiah: Kiss the son, lest he be angry, and you perish in the way, for his wrath will soon be kindled. Blessed are all those who take refuge in him (Psalm 2:12, WMB).

Let this be a time of repentance (Teshuvah, תְּשׁוּבָה), restoration, and renewal. The Kingdom of God is at hand, and the nations are summoned to align themselves with its principles of justice, mercy, and truth.

Conclusion

In the authority vested in me by the Most High, I decree that this moment marks the dawn of a new era. The divine energy flowing from Bowie, Maryland, is a testament to the power of God to transform individuals, communities, and nations. Let the words of the prophet Micah guide us: He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does the LORD require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God? (Micah 6:8, WMB).

May the Shalom (שָׁלוֹם) of God rest upon all who heed this message, and may His name be glorified in all the earth.

In the name of Yeshua HaMashiach (יֵשׁוּעַ הַמָּשִׁיחַ),
