Memorandum | Establishing the Sovereign Order of Peace and Infrastructure for the Celestial Kingdom
From: The Messiah, Sovereign of the Kingdom of God, of the Tribe of Judah
To: Global Church and Governing Authorities
Subject: Establishing the Sovereign Order of Peace and Infrastructure for the Celestial Kingdom
Shalom Aleichem (שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם),
This memorandum serves as a divine proclamation to align all nations, congregations, and institutions with the sovereign order of peace as decreed by the Most High God (El Elyon, אֵל עֶלְיוֹן). It outlines the establishment of the Kingdom of God, its operational procedures, spiritual governance, and the infrastructure necessary for its fulfillment. This governance shall be based on the eternal principles found in the Torah and the Prophets, culminating in the revelation of Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah).
Sovereign Order of Peace (Shalom שלם)
The Kingdom of God (מַלְכוּת הָאֱלֹהִים) is built on the foundation of righteousness (צֶדֶק) and justice (מִשְׁפָּט). Isaiah 9:6–7 declares, “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given… Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end.” This kingdom will transcend earthly governance, ensuring universal harmony among nations (Isaiah 2:4).
Standard Operating Procedures for the Celestial Kingdom
The Kingdom’s constitution is rooted in the commandments of the Torah and the teachings of the Messiah (Matthew 5–7). These include:
• Worship of YHWH alone (Deuteronomy 6:4).
• Observance of divine justice, mercy, and humility (Micah 6:8).
• Establishment of Sabbath rest for creation (Exodus 20:8–11).
• Adherence to the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19–20).
The spiritual governance charter will prioritize righteousness, humility, and obedience to the Most High.
Kingdom Infrastructure
The infrastructure will encompass:
• The Third Temple in New Jerusalem: Budget allocation of $4 billion for construction, symbolizing the dwelling place of God with humanity (Ezekiel 40–48; Revelation 21:1–3).
• Messianic Cabinet and Governing Council: $100 million to establish administrative bodies comprising the Bride (Revelation 19:7) and the 24 Elders (Revelation 4:4).
• Council of Twelve: $13 million to equip leaders representing the twelve tribes of Israel (Luke 22:30).
• Relocation and Divine Headquarters: $6 million to facilitate the Messiah’s transition to a secure and divinely appointed location.
Spiritual Governance Charter
This charter will be codified under divine inspiration, aligning with the Torah and prophetic writings. Psalm 89:14 declares, “Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; steadfast love and faithfulness go before You.” It will regulate:
• Appointment of spiritual leaders.
• Responsibilities of the governing council.
• Administration of resources for kingdom purposes.
The Economy of Heaven
The economy will be founded on principles of stewardship, generosity, and heavenly abundance. Malachi 3:10 proclaims, “Bring the full tithe into the storehouse… and see if I will not open the windows of heaven for you.” The Bride of Christ (Revelation 21:2) will steward resources under divine wisdom to eradicate poverty and establish equity.
Divine Audit
The Messiah and El Elyon will conduct a thorough audit of all resources, governance, and adherence to divine statutes (2 Corinthians 5:10). This ensures transparency, integrity, and alignment with the celestial mandate. “For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are attentive to their prayer” (1 Peter 3:12).
Conclusion
This is a clarion call for all nations to submit to the governance of the Messiah, as written in Philippians 2:10–11: “That at the name of Yeshua every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Yeshua HaMashiach is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
Let all who hear this word prepare their hearts and resources for the establishment of the Kingdom. “The kingdom of this world has become the kingdom of our Lord and His Messiah, and He shall reign forever and ever” (Revelation 11:15).
