MEMORANDUM | Establishment of Centers of Wisdom
From: The Messiah, Reigning King from the Tribe of Judah
To: The Global Church and Governments
Subject: Establishment of Centers of Wisdom
Date: Kislev 19, 5785 / December 1, 2024
Shalom Aleichem,
As we advance into the Hebrew year 5785 and Gregorian year 2025, the Spirit of Adonai compels us to take a significant step toward the fulfillment of divine wisdom on earth. Inspired by the reign of Shlomo HaMelech (King Solomon), whose wisdom was unmatched and whose governance brought peace and prosperity to Yisrael, we will establish Centers of Wisdom worldwide. These centers will serve as mikdashim le-da’at (sanctuaries of knowledge) for all nations.
Purpose and Vision
The Centers of Wisdom will embody the words of Mishlei (Proverbs) 4:7:
“The beginning of wisdom is: Get wisdom. Yes, though it costs all your possessions, get understanding.”
These hubs will:
1. Disseminate divine knowledge rooted in Torah and the teachings of the prophets.
2. Train future leaders to lead with chesed (loving-kindness), emet (truth), and yirah (reverence for Adonai).
3. Promote tikkun olam (repairing the world) through innovation and stewardship of creation.
4. Serve as centers for spiritual growth and communal worship.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
By the close of 5785 (2025), we anticipate measurable progress through the following metrics:
1. Infrastructure and Reach
• Establish twelve pilot Centers of Wisdom across continents, representing the Shivtei Yisrael (tribes of Israel).
• Each center will include a Beit Midrash (House of Study), Beit Tefillah (House of Prayer), and Beit Chokhmah (House of Innovation).
2. Educational Output
• Enroll and train a minimum of 10,000 talmidim (disciples) globally in the first year.
• Develop a core curriculum combining biblical principles, modern technology, and environmental stewardship, grounded in Ephesians 4:12–13:
“…for the perfecting of the holy ones, to the work of serving, to the building up of the body of Messiah, until we all attain to the unity of the faith.”
3. Community Transformation
• Implement 100 community development projects globally, emphasizing sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, and social equity.
• Measure community spiritual growth through increased Shabbat observance, Torah study, and communal worship.
Outcomes
The Centers of Wisdom will yield:
• A generation of righteous leaders prepared to bring justice and peace, as written in Mishlei 29:2: “When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan.”
• The elevation of global education standards, merging heavenly wisdom with earthly application.
• Enhanced global unity under the banner of Malchut HaShamayim (Kingdom of Heaven).
Timeline for Implementation
Kislev 5785 (December 2024): Finalize blueprints and appoint regional leaders.
Nissan 5785 (April 2025): Lay foundation stones for the first three centers in Jerusalem, Ethiopia, and the United States.
Tishrei 5786 (October 2025): Dedicate and inaugurate the initial centers during Sukkot, celebrating the nations dwelling under the sukkah of Adonai’s wisdom.
End of 5785 (September 2025): Complete establishment of all twelve pilot centers.
Call to Action
Governments and leaders of the global church are invited to partner with this divine initiative. As it is written in Isaiah 2:3:
“Many peoples shall go and say, ‘Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; He will teach us His ways, and we will walk in His paths.’ For Torah shall go out of Zion, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.”
Join us in prayer, resource allocation, and the formation of partnerships that will enable the wisdom of Adonai to flow to every corner of the earth.
Sealing in Covenant
This memorandum is sealed with the authority of the Messiah, under the eternal covenant made with Avraham, Yitzchak, and Ya’akov. May this initiative glorify the Name of Adonai and prepare the nations for the fullness of His Kingdom.
L’Shalom U’Vrachah (In Peace and Blessing),
EF, Rav.
