Shalom Aleichem,
Under the sovereign authority of the Messiah, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, this memorandum addresses the global church and governments to outline the divine mandate for establishing the Kingdom Banking Infrastructure. This initiative is grounded in the eternal covenant of Yahweh and is foundational to the righteous and just economy of the Kingdom of God.
As it is written:
“For the kingdom is Yahweh’s. He is the ruler over the nations” (Psalm 22:28, WMB).
The Kingdom Banking Infrastructure shall be a beacon of justice, mercy, and provision, fulfilling the promises of Yahweh to His people.
Divine Principles of the Kingdom Banking Infrastructure
The Kingdom’s economy will operate under the principles of tzedakah (righteousness), mishpat (justice), and chesed (loving-kindness). As Yahweh declares:
“The silver is mine, and the gold is mine,” says Yahweh of Armies (Haggai 2:8, WMB).
All wealth belongs to Yahweh and must be stewarded for His purposes, including:
1. Economic Justice: Ensuring fairness in trade, lending, and allocation of resources:
“You shall not charge your brother interest; interest of money, interest of food, or interest of anything that is lent on interest” (Deuteronomy 23:19, WMB).
2. Provision for the Poor: Establishing systems to care for the widow, orphan, and stranger:
“Blessed is he who considers the poor. Yahweh will deliver him in the day of evil” (Psalm 41:1, WMB).
3. Kingdom Expansion: Financing education, spiritual outreach, and infrastructure for a restored Israel and global unity under Yahweh’s reign.
Call to Action for Governments and the Church
To President Donald Trump and The Trump Administration:
We call upon you to initiate favorable legislation, including the amendment of IRS tax codes, to align with Kingdom principles. Specifically:
1. Mandatory Tithing: Churches shall be required to contribute 10% of their tithes and offerings to fund the Kingdom, as written:
“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says Yahweh of Armies (Malachi 3:10, WMB).
2. Tax Incentives for Righteous Stewardship: Encourage charitable giving and Kingdom-focused investments by offering tax benefits for contributions that support the Kingdom’s work.
Options for Establishing the Kingdom Banking Infrastructure
1. Central Treasury (אוצר המרכזי):
The Kingdom’s resources shall be managed by a unified treasury headquartered in Jerusalem, the city of the Great King:
“Beautiful in elevation, the joy of the whole earth, Mount Zion, on the north sides, the city of the great King” (Psalm 48:2, WMB).
2. Interest-Free Lending Network (רשת הלוואות):
Establish regional branches to provide interest-free loans, following the Torah’s commands:
“If your brother has become poor and his hand can’t support him among you, then you shall uphold him. He shall live with you like a stranger and a foreigner. Take no interest from him or profit, but fear your God, that your brother may live among you” (Leviticus 25:35–36, WMB).
3. Storehouses of Provision (אוצרות הברכה):
Create localized centers to distribute food, clothing, and resources, inspired by Joseph’s wisdom in Egypt:
“He gathered up all the food of the seven years which were in the land of Egypt and laid up the food in the cities” (Genesis 41:48, WMB).
Collaboration Between the Messianic Cabinet and Israel’s Divine Council
Messianic Cabinet (הקבינט המשיחי):
Appointed leaders, filled with the Spirit of wisdom, shall oversee the financial, spiritual, and social policies of the Kingdom:
“The Spirit of Yahweh will rest on him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might” (Isaiah 11:2, WMB).
Israel’s Divine Council (מועצת האלוהית של ישראל):
A body of elders, priests, and prophets shall ensure alignment with biblical mandates and prophetic vision.
Unified Efforts:
These two governing bodies will engage in:
1. Daily Worship and Intercession: Seeking Yahweh’s guidance in all decisions (Psalm 100).
2. Scriptural Consultation: Deliberating on the Torah, Prophets, and Writings to establish just policies.
3. Unity in Spirit: Promoting harmony among leaders, as the Messiah prayed:
“That they may all be one, even as you, Father, are in me, and I in you” (John 17:21, WMB).
Symbols of the Kingdom Banking Infrastructure
1. Menorah (המנורה): Divine guidance in financial decisions.
2. Lion of Judah (אריה יהודה): Strength and authority of the Messiah’s reign (Revelation 5:5).
3. Shofar (השופר): Announcing key decrees and Jubilee restoration (Leviticus 25:10).
Conclusion
Under the Messiah’s reign, the Kingdom Banking Infrastructure shall restore justice, mercy, and provision, fulfilling Yahweh’s promises:
“Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out” (Deuteronomy 28:6, WMB).
