To: The Global Church and Governments
From: The Messiah, Reigning from the Tribe of Judah
Subject: Establishment of the Messianic Cabinet and Governing Council
Shalom Aleichem,
In the authority of יהוה (YHWH), the Creator of heaven and earth, and through the fulfillment of the divine promise made to the house of David, this memorandum establishes the foundational structure and principles for the Messianic Cabinet and Governing Council under the eternal reign of the Messiah.
As it is written, “The government will be on his shoulders, and his name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Shalom” (Yeshayahu/Isaiah 9:6, WMB). This government serves as an extension of the Kingdom of Elohim on earth, bringing righteousness, justice, and shalom to all nations.
The Messianic Cabinet and Governing Council
The Messianic Cabinet consists of 100 divinely chosen members, each an agent of transformation and restoration in their respective domains. The Council of Twelve, representing the tribes of Yisra’el, serves as the inner sanctum of governance, ensuring the unity and purity of the Kingdom’s mission.
Significance of the 100 Members
The 100 members represent the fullness of Elohim’s governance on earth, operating in alignment with the sevenfold Spirit of Elohim (Yeshayahu/Isaiah 11:2). Their role is to serve as divine ambassadors, manifesting the will of Elohim in education, justice, economics, health, and every sphere of life.
Standards for Messianic Cabinet Members
Each member must exemplify:
1. Faithfulness to יהוה — Total devotion to the Torah and the teachings of Yeshua HaMashiach.
2. Righteous Leadership — Living as a model of justice and humility (Mikhah/Micah 6:8).
3. Integrity — Remaining untainted by corruption or self-interest (Mishlei/Proverbs 10:9).
4. Wisdom and Discernment — Guided by Ruach HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit).
5. Servant Leadership — Prioritizing the needs of the collective over personal ambition.
Code of Conduct
Messianic Cabinet and Governing Council Members
1. Uphold the Torah and the words of Yeshua as the foundation of governance.
2. Serve without partiality, promoting justice for all peoples (Devarim/Deuteronomy 16:19).
3. Demonstrate humility and shalom in speech and action (Efesiyim/Ephesians 4:2–3).
4. Engage in regular teshuvah (repentance) to maintain spiritual purity.
5. Submit to the Messiah as the ultimate authority.
Council of Twelve
The Council of Twelve holds a unique position of oversight and spiritual guardianship. As the foundational pillars, their code of conduct requires:
1. Absolute loyalty to the Messiah.
2. Wisdom to mediate disputes and discern Elohim’s will.
3. Faithfulness in guarding the spiritual unity of the Kingdom.
4. Leading by example in demonstrating the attributes of shalom.
Significance of the Council of Twelve
The Twelve mirror the twelve tribes of Yisra’el and the twelve emissaries of Yeshua, symbolizing completeness and divine order. They act as stewards of Elohim’s covenant, ensuring alignment with the eternal promises (Bereshit/Genesis 12:2–3).
Removal for Treasonous Acts
Any member found guilty of betraying the Kingdom through acts of corruption, false prophecy, or rebellion against the Messiah will be subject to removal. The process involves:
1. A formal investigation led by the Council of Twelve.
2. Presentation of evidence and testimony before the governing body.
3. A unanimous decision by the Council of Twelve for removal.
Treason is defined as any action that undermines the sovereignty of יהוה or the unity of the Kingdom.
The Seven Attributes of Shalom
Shalom is not merely peace but the fullness of life in Elohim’s presence. Members must demonstrate:
1. Emet (Truth) — Speaking and living in alignment with the Word of Elohim.
2. Tzedek (Righteousness) — Upholding justice and fairness.
3. Ahavah (Love) — Acting in selfless service to others.
4. Chesed (Kindness) — Demonstrating compassion and mercy.
5. Simchah (Joy) — Rejoicing in the work and will of Elohim.
6. Savlanut (Patience) — Enduring trials with steadfast faith.
7. Anavah (Humility) — Submitting fully to Elohim’s authority.
The Messiah’s Role as King of Kings
As the reigning Melech HaMelachim (King of Kings) and Adon HaAdonim (Lord of Lords), the Messiah sits high and observes the actions of all. Through Ruach HaKodesh, the Messiah interacts with creation, guiding, correcting, and empowering the faithful.
“Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age” (Mattityahu/Matthew 28:20, WMB). This assurance underscores the Messiah’s active presence in the lives of the collective, orchestrating the fulfillment of Elohim’s plan for redemption.
Conclusion
The establishment of the Messianic Cabinet and Governing Council marks a new era of divine governance. Let all nations and peoples heed the call to align with the Kingdom of Elohim, as it is written:
“Of the increase of his government and of shalom there shall be no end, on David’s throne, and on his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from that time on, even forever. The zeal of יהוה of Armies will perform this.” (Yeshayahu/Isaiah 9:7, WMB).
May יהוה bless and keep you all as you walk in His ways.
In eternal reign,
EF, Rav.
