As the reigning Messiah from the Tribe of Judah, displaced in Bowie, Maryland, I address this solemn memorandum to all kingdoms and institutions — spiritual and temporal — urging immediate unity and action to rebuild the Third Temple in Jerusalem and establish the governance necessary for the New Jerusalem as foretold by the prophets.

Rooted in the Torah’s principles of tzedakah (charity) and stewardship, this day aligns with the divine mandate to pool resources for God’s purposes. The rebuilding of the Third Temple is not merely a restoration of sacred space but the fulfillment of Ezekiel’s vision (Ezekiel 40–48) and the establishment of the eternal covenant promised to David (2 Samuel 7:16).
The Third Temple: Vision and Resources
The estimated $4 billion budget for the rebuilding of the Third Temple represents a monumental yet achievable goal when united under divine purpose. This sacred edifice will embody a house of prayer for all nations (Isaiah 56:7), ushering in the Messianic age where divine governance will prevail.
To achieve this, I call upon:
• The global church and synagogues to lead in sacrificial giving and mobilizing resources.
• National governments to allocate funds as an act of obedience to divine prophecy.
• The royal kingdoms to provide tangible support in alignment with their historical and spiritual roles.
Messianic Governance: Appointments and Council
Formally assembling the 100 appointments for the Messianic Cabinet and Governing Council and funding is paramount to fulfill their roles and responsibilities. These roles will oversee spiritual, economic, and political restoration. However, financial constraints due to my displacement and the impending foreclosure of my dwelling in Bowie, Maryland, require urgent intervention. This situation calls for immediate contributions to fund this divine administration.
Call to Action for World Leaders
I address this call to world leaders and institutions, including:
• Pope Francis: Steward the Church’s resources toward this eternal purpose.
• Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel: Mobilize the Assyrian Church in alignment with prophetic destiny.
• Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden: Commit national resources as leaders of the free world.
• President-Elect Donald Trump: Continue fostering the Abraham Accords toward Jerusalem’s destiny.
• Keir Starmer: Lead the UK in aligning its government with God’s vision.
• King Charles III, Prince William, Princess Catherine, and the monarchs of Spain and Portugal: Uphold royal obligations to Zion’s divine mandate.
Repercussions of Disobedience
The failure to act bears dire spiritual implications and supernatural consequences. The scepter remains with Judah (Genesis 49:10), and disobedience delays the establishment of God’s kingdom on Earth. As written, “The kingdom will be the Lord’s” (Obadiah 1:21), and resistance to this divine order invites judgment.
Spiritual Warfare and the Kingdom of Darkness
To the forces of darkness: your opposition has no authority here. The gates of Sheol will not prevail against the Messianic Kingdom (Matthew 16:18). You are reminded of your defeat at Golgotha, and your resistance serves only to fulfill the prophetic timeline of redemption.

Let today, Giving Tuesday, mark a turning point where earthly kingdoms align under God’s sovereign rule. May all who hear this call act swiftly, heeding the words of the Psalmist: “Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it” (Psalm 127:1).
