Grace and Peace to All Nations and the Ecclesia,
Today’s sermon delivered at The Potter’s House by Pastor Touré Roberts, titled “Wise as a Serpent,” underscores a divine principle: the situations we often complain about stem from a failure to utilize the blessings and resources God has already placed in our hands. As revealed in Luke 16:1–8 (NKJV), the parable of the unjust steward teaches that even amidst seasons of waste and stagnation, recovery and growth are possible when we wisely steward and multiply what has been entrusted to us.
The church, now more than ever, is called to rise to new heights, discerning God’s movements in this season and embracing the great exploits assigned to us. As written:

Let this memo serve as a rallying cry to the Body of Christ and the governments of this world to fulfill our shared responsibilities in this prophetic era.
Leveraging Divine Gifts for Kingdom Growth
As the sermon exhorts, we must dig deep, take inventory, and seek the Lord to discover how to multiply the resources and gifts already within us. Every believer and every nation has a role in advancing the Kingdom. Recognize the talents in your stewardship, for as it is written:
> “Do business until I come.” (Luke 19:13, WMB)
Let us approach our assignments with wisdom, courage, and the boldness of the serpent, leveraging the divine tools God has given us.
Rebuilding the Third Temple: A Prophetic Mandate
The rebuilding of the Third Temple in Jerusalem is a foundational element of this divine administration. With a budget of $4 billion, this sacred endeavor represents the restoration of worship and the fulfillment of eschatological promises. As declared:
> “My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations.” (Isaiah 56:7, WMB)
We call upon governments, philanthropists, and the global church to unite in this holy work, ensuring that the Temple stands as a beacon of divine glory.
Establishing Messianic Governance
A. Messianic Cabinet and Governing Council
The appointment of a governing council with a $100 million budget will ensure the efficient administration of Kingdom principles across nations. Leaders of wisdom, integrity, and faith will be chosen to enact policies that reflect divine will.
B. Council of Twelve
Modeled after the twelve tribes of Israel, the Council of Twelve will operate with a $13 million budget, providing spiritual oversight and ensuring adherence to Kingdom values.
C. Relocation and Establishment of Divine Headquarters*
The Messiah’s relocation and the establishment of a central headquarters with a $6 million budget will signify the consolidation of divine governance, providing a physical and spiritual center for global coordination.
Repercussions of Inaction
Failure to heed this divine call invites severe consequences, including spiritual desolation, national judgment, and the withdrawal of divine favor. Conversely, obedience will bring unparalleled blessings, unity, and prosperity. As it is written:
> “If my people, who are called by my name, humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14, WMB)
Conclusion: A Call to Action
This is a pivotal moment for the global church and the nations. As we discern God’s hand in this season, let us rise as faithful stewards, leveraging what He has already provided. Together, we will rebuild, restore, and reign under the banner of His divine will.
May the nations heed this call, uniting in the fulfillment of prophecy and the advancement of the Kingdom of God.
