As foretold in the sacred Scriptures, the time has come to prepare for the governance of the Messianic Kingdom and the fulfillment of divine prophecy. This memorandum outlines the steps to establish HaKikar Shneim-Esrei (The Circle of Twelve), a governing council that will serve as a cornerstone of the Millennial Reign. It also details the role of a Messianic cabinet in managing the Kingdom, building the Yerushalayim Chadashah (New Jerusalem), and aligning with current governmental administrations, including the Trump administration.
Establishing the Circle of Twelve
The Circle of Twelve will reflect the twelve tribes of Yisrael and their divine heritage. Each member will be a leader of integrity, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to HaShem’s commandments. This council will:
• Administer Justice: “Yahweh is our judge, Yahweh is our lawgiver, Yahweh is our king; He will save us” (Isaiah 33:22). Members will embody this principle by ensuring righteous governance.
• Shepherd the Nations: “Many nations will go and say, ‘Come, let’s go up to the mountain of Yahweh, and He will teach us His ways, and we will walk in His paths’” (Micah 4:2). This council will guide nations in the ways of righteousness.
• Model Servanthood: “Whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant” (Matthew 20:26). Humility and service will define their leadership.
Forming the Messianic Cabinet
The cabinet will function under the Circle of Twelve, comprising individuals skilled in key areas such as economy, education, agriculture, defense, and diplomacy. These roles mirror the spiritual gifts described in Romans 12:6–8: prophecy, service, teaching, encouragement, giving, leadership, and mercy.
Key Characteristics of the Cabinet:
• Global Collaboration: The cabinet will seek partnerships with organizations that align with biblical values, including humanitarian efforts, education initiatives, and sustainable practices.
• Transparency: Guided by Psalm 119:105, “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path,” decisions will be open and rooted in Scripture.
• Unity in Diversity: Reflecting the unity of the body of Messiah (1 Corinthians 12:12–14), members will come from diverse backgrounds while upholding the Torah.
Building the New Jerusalem
The Yerushalayim Chadashah is both a physical and spiritual reality, representing the eternal dwelling place of the righteous (Revelation 21:2–4). To bring this vision to fruition:
• Infrastructure Development: Utilizing divine wisdom (Exodus 35:30–35), architects, artisans, and engineers will craft the city according to heavenly blueprints.
• Sacred Worship: The temple will serve as the heart of worship, fulfilling the prophecy: “My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations” (Isaiah 56:7).
• Economic Prosperity: A Jubilee economy (Leviticus 25) will ensure equity, sustainability, and the eradication of poverty.
Working with the Trump Administration
The Trump administration has demonstrated a unique role in supporting the restoration of Yisrael and recognizing the importance of Jerusalem. As we align with this administration:
• Strengthening Alliances: Collaboration on policies that promote peace, religious freedom, and prosperity.
• Advisory Role: Providing prophetic counsel, as Daniel did with King Nebuchadnezzar (Daniel 2:48), to guide leadership decisions in alignment with divine will.
Managing the Kingdom During the Millennial Reign
The Millennial Reign will be characterized by peace, justice, and restoration (Isaiah 11:6–9). Governance will involve:
• Righteous Leadership: Kings and priests from the faithful will reign with Mashiach (Revelation 20:6).
• Restoration of Creation: “The desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose” (Isaiah 35:1). Environmental stewardship will be paramount.
• Universal Worship: All nations will come to worship on the appointed feasts, as declared in Zechariah 14:16.
Partnerships with Organizations
Collaboration with global organizations will amplify our reach. Likely partnerships include:
• Faith-based humanitarian groups for poverty alleviation and disaster relief.
• Environmental organizations to restore creation’s balance.
• Educational institutions to teach Torah principles worldwide.
Conclusion
The establishment of the Circle of Twelve, the Messianic cabinet, and our partnerships are vital steps toward fulfilling the divine mandate. “The kingdoms of the world have become the Kingdom of our Lord and of His Messiah, and He will reign forever and ever” (Revelation 11:15).
