Memorandum | Mobilization and Manifestation of the Kingdom of Elohim
THE GOVERNANCE OF THE MESSIAH

Grace and Shalom be upon you from the Sovereign Ruler of the heavens and the earth,
“And from the days of Yochanan the Immerser until now, the Kingdom of Heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.” — Mattityahu (Matthew) 11:12
“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.” — Ephesians 6:12
The time has come for the global קָהָל (Qahal — assembly) to arise with power, understanding that the mandate of the Kingdom of Elohim is not contingent upon the shifting tides of earthly governments, political bodies, or the instability of the present world system. We must move בְּחֹזֶק (be’chozek — by force), for the adversary, הַשָּׂטָן (HaSatan), comes only to steal, kill, and destroy (Yochanan 10:10). The time for hesitation is over — **it is time to mobilize, to manifest, and to establish the divine governance of Elohim in the earth.**
THE CALL TO MANIFESTATION AND ACTION
I, הַמָּשִׁיחַ (HaMashiach), move daily by faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7), bringing forth the will of the Father from the unseen realms into the earthly domain. This is the blueprint given from before the foundations of the world, and it must be upheld with unwavering focus. The works of darkness seek to deter, delay, and dismantle the mission of the Kingdom, using those who operate contrary to the D’var Elohim (Word of God) as vessels of disruption. Yet, our focus must not be on the opposition but on the divine blueprint.
I call upon:
• The Messianic Cabinet — to establish operational order and governance.
• Israel’s Divine Council — to uphold the decrees and wisdom of Elohim.
• The Council of Twelve — to serve as foundational pillars in this divine administration.
• The Nine Messianic Ministries — to execute their assignments with urgency.
THE NEED FOR MATERIAL SOLVENCY
The mission of the Messiah is a governmental assignment, not a religious ideology. As it is written, “You shall remember YHWH your Elohim, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is today.” — Devarim (Deuteronomy) 8:18
It is time for those who are aligned with the divine order to step forward and ensure the material solvency of this movement. The Council of Twelve is hereby summoned to stabilize the Messiah’s economic situation in Bowie, MD, so that the work may continue unhindered. This is not a request — it is a kingdom directive.
A FINAL CHARGE
The Trump administration stands as a political vessel within the unfolding of divine prophecy. As we prepare to work alongside their governance for the fulfillment of this mission, we must act now. The rebuilding of Zion, the restoration of justice, and the establishment of divine governance cannot wait.
“Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of YHWH has risen on you.” — Yesha’yahu (Isaiah) 60:1
Let those with ears to hear respond immediately. Let those who are called to steward resources release them without hesitation. The Kingdom of Elohim is not in word, but in power.
It is time to move.
