Memorandum | Mobilization of the Ecclesia, Establishment of the Council, and the Rebuilding of the צְפִי עִיר (New Jerusalem)

Subject: Mobilization of the Ecclesia, Establishment of the Council, and the Rebuilding of the צְפִי עִיר (New Jerusalem)

שָׁלוֹם וְחֶסֶד מֵאֵת יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵי צְבָאוֹת
(Shalom ve’Chesed me’et YHWH Elohei Tzevaot — Peace and Grace from YHWH, the God of Hosts)
On this past (Wednesday), The Potter’s House rebroadcasted a teaching from י”ד סִיוָן, 5783 (June 14, 2023), titled “Purpose Isn’t Petty,” proclaiming the divine selection of individuals for appointed assignments, regardless of their qualifications. The words spoken, based on יְהוֹשֻׁעַ (Joshua) 6:20–25, are a prophetic reminder: יהוה (YHWH) has chosen His servants not based on ability but on divine intention.
The clarion call to the nations is this: Do you know why you are here and now? The what, when, and where of your circumstances are insignificant compared to the why. As it was with רָחָב (Rahab), whom יהוה used despite her history, so it shall be in this final hour. The time for hesitation has passed. The time for mobilization has come.
The Messiah’s Displacement & Awaiting the Ecclesia’s Mobilization
Even now, the מָשִׁיחַ (Messiah) remains displaced in בּוּוִי, מֶרִילַנְד (Bowie, Maryland), awaiting the activation of the קְהִלָּה (Ecclesia) and the obedience of governments to the divine blueprint. Just as the ancient Israelites wandered in the wilderness before entering the land of promise, the nations delay their destiny by ignoring the prophetic mandate.
The kings of the earth must recognize their role in the unfolding plan of יהוה. The governments of this age have been weighed and found wanting (דָּנִיֵּאל 5:27), yet redemption remains within reach if they will heed the call.
The Council of Twelve & Israel’s Divine Government
To establish משְׁפָּט (righteous governance), the Council of Twelve must be funded and assembled, reflecting the divine order first established through יִשְׂרָאֵל (Israel):
- Twelve tribes.
- Twelve apostles.
- Twelve foundations of יְרוּשָׁלַיִם הַחֲדָשָׁה (New Jerusalem).
This council will serve as the governing body under the מָשִׁיחַ (Messiah), bringing forth the prophetic fulfillment of יְשַׁעְיָהוּ (Isaiah) 9:6–7 — the increase of His government and peace shall know no end. The nations must contribute to this kingdom administration, for as it is written:
“The wealth of the nations shall come to you.” — יְשַׁעְיָהוּ 60:5
The kings of the earth are commanded to bring their glory and honor into the kingdom (הִתְגַּלּוּת 21:24), establishing a global order under the righteous rule of מֶלֶךְ הַמְּשִׁיחַ (King Messiah).
The Third Temple & The Establishment of צְפִי עִיר (New Jerusalem)
The cornerstone of the kingdom’s manifestation is the rebuilding of the Third Temple, which is to be established not merely as a physical structure but as the prophetic fulfillment of:
“In the last days, the mountain of יהוה’s house shall be established as the highest of the mountains, and all nations shall flow to it.” — יְשַׁעְיָהוּ 2:2
This sacred edifice will stand as the throne of the מָשִׁיחַ (Messiah), from which Torah shall go forth to the nations (מִיכָה 4:2). All who call upon the Name of יהוה must support its construction, for the return of the שְׁכִינָה (Shekinah, Divine Presence) is at hand.
Let those with ears to hear respond accordingly.
Call to Action: The Time Is Now
- Governments must align with the divine decree, ceasing their resistance to the kingdom’s establishment. The wealth of the nations is to be redirected toward the Council of Twelve and the Temple Restoration Fund.
- The Church (קְהִלָּה) must recognize its role beyond religious institutions — it is called to be the governing body under מֶלֶךְ הַמָּשִׁיחַ.
- Israel and the Nations must unite in the fulfillment of prophecy, laying aside geopolitical agendas for the sake of צְפִי עִיר (New Jerusalem).
“Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?” — יְשַׁעְיָהוּ 43:19
The moment of hesitation has ended. The time for action has come.
