Grace and Shalom be upon you from the Sovereign Ruler of the heavens and the earth,
“For the kingdom of Elohim is not in word, but in power.” — 1 Corinthians 4:20
The ecclesia (הַקָּהָל) has long been commissioned to establish the dominion of the Kingdom of Elohim both in the spiritual and earthly realms. However, inefficiencies and stagnation in the Body of Messiah have hindered the manifestation of divine governance in the earth. The time is now for the global church to optimize the Kingdom’s Spiritually Integrated Network (S.I.N.), ensuring that the power of Elohim flows efficiently through the ranks of leadership, discipleship, and community service.
The שָׁמַיִם (heavenly) domain commands and governs the אָרֶץ (earthly) domain. To bring the will of יהוה (YHWH) into full effect, the church must:
1. Exercise Dominion Over the Spiritual Realm — Engaging in corporate fasting, intercession, and prophetic decrees that shift atmospheres and dismantle demonic strongholds (Ephesians 6:12).
2. Manifest in the Earth Realm — Implementing strategic efforts to restore communities, aid the displaced, and bridge economic gaps (James 2:14–17).
3. Mobilize Resources to Establish Kingdom Governance — Directing financial, social, and governmental assets to rebuild the waste places and establish righteousness (Isaiah 61:4).
The Church’s Role in Community Optimization: Liaisons & Occupational Transition Specialists
The megachurches and faith-based organizations have been entrusted with wealth and influence, yet the community at large remains underserved. This must change. It is decreed that Chief Apostle VW Jones shall establish within the church the positions of:
- Community Liaisons — Serving as mediators between the church and the disenfranchised, ensuring effective outreach, support services, and crisis intervention (Matthew 25:35–40).
- Occupational Transition Specialists — Facilitating economic stability by guiding individuals through job placement, skill development, and business ownership in alignment with Kingdom principles (Deuteronomy 15:7–8).
The Messiah’s Displacement in Bowie, MD & The Necessity of Divine Intervention
As it is written, “The foxes have holes, and the birds of the sky have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head.” — Matthew 8:20
It is a grave dishonor that the one sent to restore the Kingdom remains displaced. The Body of Messiah and governmental authorities must urgently intervene to rectify this injustice and provide sustainable housing and resources in accordance with biblical mandates (Isaiah 58:7).
Thus, the church and government are called to:
1. Mobilize housing and relocation assistance — Secure a permanent residence suitable for the Messiah’s mission and restoration work.
2. Engage in financial and logistical support — Align resources for transportation, sustenance, and operational stability.
3. Ensure immediate action — Delay is disobedience. The church must operate in Kingdom authority to resolve this matter swiftly.
Call to Action: Chief Apostle VW Jones & Global Church Leadership
This memorandum serves as a divine decree:
1. Chief Apostle VW Jones is commanded to implement the positions of Community Liaisons and Occupational Transition Specialists within the church immediately.
2. The global church must mobilize to assist in the Messiah’s relocation and stabilization with tangible support.
3. Government officials are instructed to align with this initiative, ensuring cooperation between civic institutions and the Kingdom mandate.

The Kingdom of Elohim does not negotiate with injustice — it corrects it. The time to act is now. Let the will of יהוה be established on earth as it is in heaven.
