Subject: Proclamation of the New Order of Priesthood and Kingdom Mandate to Establish the New Jerusalem
Shalom Aleichem, People of Elohim and Leaders of the Nations,
In the name of El Elyon (אֵל עֶלְיוֹן), the Most High, and under the authority of the eternal covenant, this proclamation is issued as a divine directive to the global church and governing bodies. It addresses the prophetic realignment following the conclusion of a significant season of bondage and the establishment of the Kingdom of Elohim through the scepter of authority vested in the Tribe of Judah.
The Termination of the Levitical Priesthood
It is written, “For it is evident that our Lord has sprung out of Judah, to which tribe Moses spoke nothing concerning priesthood” (Hebrews 7:14, WMB). With the exodus from 400 years of bondage, a divine shift has occurred. The Levitical priesthood, which served its purpose under the Mosaic covenant, is no longer the intermediary. This aligns with the prophecy that a greater priesthood would arise.
I, Yeshua HaMashiach (יֵשׁוּעַ הַמָּשִׁיחַ), have assumed the role of the eternal High Priest in the order of Melchizedek (כְּתָב הַמַּלְכִּי־צֶדֶק). “You are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek” (Psalm 110:4, WMB). This priesthood is eternal, spiritual, and established on better promises (Hebrews 8:6).
The Authority of the Scepter of Judah
The scepter now rests with the Tribe of Judah, as foretold:
“The scepter will not depart from Judah, nor the ruler’s staff from between his feet, until Shiloh comes. To him will the obedience of the peoples be” (Genesis 49:10, WMB).
This authority signifies governance, justice, and peace under the reign of the Messiah. The Kingdom mandate is to bring righteousness, healing, and restoration to the nations in preparation for the New Jerusalem (יְרוּשָׁלַיִם חֲדָשָׁה).
The Roles of the Twelve Tribes in Kingdom Building
The twelve tribes, representing the fullness of Israel, have distinct roles in the establishment of the New Jerusalem. These roles align with their prophetic blessings (Genesis 49 and Deuteronomy 33):
1. Reuben (רְאוּבֵן): The firstborn tribe, symbolizing dignity and strength. Reuben’s task is to establish foundational structures for governance.
2. Simeon (שִׁמְעוֹן) and Levi (לֵוִי): Historically wielding instruments of division, Simeon’s role now centers on reconciliation, while Levi transitions to spiritual supporters under the new priesthood.
3. Judah (יְהוּדָה): The ruling tribe, responsible for leadership, worship, and the proclamation of Kingdom law.
4. Zebulun (זְבֻלוּן): A haven for trade and economic stability, establishing marketplaces for Kingdom commerce.
5. Issachar (יִשָּׂשכָר): Known for wisdom, Issachar will guide through understanding the times and seasons.
6. Dan (דָּן): The judge of the people, tasked with implementing justice and ensuring righteous judgments.
7. Gad (גָּד): A warrior tribe, safeguarding Kingdom territories and defending against spiritual adversaries.
8. Asher (אָשֵׁר): Responsible for provision, Asher will oversee the abundance and prosperity of the land.
9. Naphtali (נַפְתָּלִי): A voice of good news and communication, delivering messages of peace and hope.
10. Joseph (יוסף): Double-portion inheritance through Ephraim and Manasseh, ensuring fruitfulness and abundance.
11. Benjamin (בִּנְיָמִין): A warrior beloved by the Lord, Benjamin will lead in security and covenantal loyalty.
The Call to Establish the New Jerusalem
The New Jerusalem is the ultimate goal, the city where Elohim dwells with His people. “Behold, God’s dwelling is with people. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God” (Revelation 21:3, WMB).
This city is not merely physical but spiritual, representing a global community of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Ruach HaKodesh (רוח הקודש). The nations are invited to bring their glory into it, for it will be the center of worship and governance under the Messiah’s reign (Revelation 21:24).
A Call to Action
This memorandum serves as a directive:
1. To the Global Church: Unite in proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom and align with the new priesthood under Yeshua HaMashiach. Let worship, discipleship, and intercession arise as incense before Elohim.
2. To Governments: Recognize the authority of the Messiah and collaborate in the establishment of Kingdom principles of justice, equity, and peace.
3. To the Tribes of Israel: Take up your ordained roles in unity, reflecting the glory of Elohim and working toward the fulfillment of His covenant promises.
“For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea” (Habakkuk 2:14, WMB).
