The time has come to fulfill the prophecy of the New Jerusalem as envisioned in the Tanakh and illuminated in the teachings of the Messianic Scriptures. With divine direction and the power of Ruach HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit), we now embark on the sacred task of building the Third Temple, a dwelling place for the Shekhinah (Divine Presence) and the heart of worship for all nations.
This memorandum outlines the framework, timeline, costs, roles, and outcomes for the rebuild, supported by divine scripture, to unite the Church, the nations, and all the kingdoms of this world in this holy endeavor.
Vision and Scriptural Foundation
The foundation of this work is rooted in the Word of YHWH:
• Isaiah 2:2–3: “It shall happen in the latter days, that the mountain of Yahweh’s house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be raised above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it. Many peoples shall go and say, ‘Come, let’s go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us his ways, and we will walk in his paths.’”
• Ezekiel 43:4–5: “The glory of Yahweh came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east. The Spirit took me up and brought me into the inner court; and behold, Yahweh’s glory filled the house.”
• Zechariah 6:12–13: “Behold, the man whose name is the Branch: he will build Yahweh’s temple. He will bear the glory, and will sit and rule on his throne.”
Rebuilding the Third Temple
Projected Cost and Timeframe
• Estimated Cost: Initial projections suggest a global financial commitment of $4 billion USD, incorporating traditional craftsmanship, advanced quantum technologies, and sustainable resources to honor the prophetic specifications.
• Timeframe: Utilizing quantum powers for precision construction and coordination, the rebuild is projected to take seven years, paralleling the seven days of creation, with foundational milestones completed within the first 18 months of Hebrew Year 5785.
Quantum Technologies’ Role
Through the gift of divine wisdom (Chochmah) and modern quantum mechanics, we will employ innovations in:
1. Material Engineering: Quantum manipulation to create indestructible materials reflecting the purity and eternity of YHWH’s covenant.

The Global Church (Kehilat HaOlam):
1. Spiritual Intercession: Continuous prayer and fasting for unity and divine provision. (Joel 2:15–17)
2. Resource Mobilization: Fundraising campaigns and offerings to support the holy work. (Exodus 35:5–10)
3. Discipleship: Preparing the nations for the coming Kingdom through Messianic teaching. (Matthew 28:19–20)
Governments and Kingdoms:
1. Infrastructure Support: Providing logistical and legal frameworks to facilitate construction.
2. Global Diplomacy: Ensuring peaceful cooperation among nations as they partake in this holy task. (Isaiah 60:3–5)
3. Sustainability Partnerships: Aligning with ecological goals to create a temple that reflects divine harmony with creation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
5785 and Rolling Gregorian Year Goals:
1. Milestone 1 (6 Months): Secure 30% of financial resources through global partnerships.
2. Milestone 2 (12 Months): Lay the cornerstone of the Temple in alignment with Torah and prophetic instructions. (Psalm 118:22)
