Memorandum |Strategic Reorientation for the Reign of Righteousness

Subject: Strategic Reorientation for the Reign of Righteousness
To All Nations and Assemblies Called by the Name of the Living God,
Grace and peace to you from Yeshua HaMashiach, reigning as promised from the Tribe of Judah. In accordance with the divine plan established by the El Shaddai, we announce a strategic shift in the immediate focus of this reign.
Placing a Hold on the Centers of Wisdom
While the vision to establish Centers of Wisdom (מַרְכָּזֵי חָכְמָה, Mirkazei Chochmah) remains integral to this Kingdom’s mission, we will temporarily place this initiative on hold. This decision arises from the urgency to prioritize two foundational objectives:
1. Rebuilding the Third Temple (בֵּית הַמִּקְדָּשׁ, Beit HaMikdash)
As written:
“And I will set My sanctuary among them forevermore. My dwelling place will be with them; I will be their God, and they will be My people.”
(Ezekiel 37:26–27, WMB)
The Third Temple will be the spiritual and governmental epicenter of this Kingdom, a house of prayer for all nations (Isaiah 56:7). It will stand as a symbol of the restoration of divine order and as a witness to the fulfillment of prophetic promises.
2. Assembling the Messianic Cabinet and Governing Council
Inspired by King David’s gathering of leaders and King Solomon’s wisdom-driven governance, we will form the Messianic Cabinet (מִשְׁרַד הַמָּשִׁיחַ, Misrad HaMashiach) and Governing Council (מוֹעֵצֶת הַמַּשִּׂיחִי, Mo’etzet HaMashiachi). This body will ensure righteous judgment and the administration of justice for all peoples, fulfilling the Scripture:
“The government will be on His shoulders, and His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
(Isaiah 9:6, WMB)
Centers of Wisdom: The Vision Deferred, Not Abandoned
Following the establishment of the Temple and governing structure, we will implement the creation of Mirkazei Chochmah globally. Modeled after the reign of King Solomon, who sought wisdom above all, these centers will:
• Disseminate divine knowledge.
• Train future leaders in wisdom, integrity, and service.
• Serve as hubs for education, innovation, and spiritual growth.
As Solomon prayed, we echo:
“Give your servant therefore a discerning heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and evil.” (1 Kings 3:9, WMB)
These centers will embody this prayer, equipping leaders who will walk in righteousness and lead with justice.
Call to Action: Unity and Preparation
We call upon the global church and all nations to align with this divine mandate. Prepare your hearts and lands for the rebuilding of Beit HaMikdash and the formalization of governance under the Messiah. As it is written:
“Many nations will go and say, ‘Come! Let us go up to the mountain of Yahweh, and He will teach us His ways, and we will walk in His paths.’” (Micah 4:2, WMB)
May all efforts, from the smallest congregation to the mightiest nation, contribute to this sacred work. This is the time to seek Yahweh’s guidance, walk in His ways, and prepare for the full manifestation of His kingdom.

May the peace of Yeshua HaMashiach guard your hearts and minds, and may the unity of the Spirit guide our collective efforts until His glory is fully revealed.
