Memorandum | The 1,000-Year Millennial Reign & the Divine Calendar of Time

Grace and Shalom be upon you from the Sovereign Ruler of the heavens and the earth,
I. The Establishment of the Millennial Reign
“For the LORD has chosen Zion. He has desired it for his habitation: ‘This is my resting place forever. Here I will live, for I have desired it.’” (Tehillim / Psalms 132:13–14, WMB)
The arrival of the מִלֶּכֶת אֶלֶף שָׁנָה (Milleket Elef Shanah, “Millennial Kingdom”) marks the fulfillment of the Divine Plan of יהוה (YHWH), wherein His righteous governance is fully established upon the earth. The Kingdom is neither bound nor initiated by the human construct of time, for time itself is a veil cast over the lower realms of existence. The reign of the Mashiach (Messiah) transcends this veil, for the governance of Heaven is eternal and manifests through multiple dimensional planes.
As it is written, “One day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.” (2 Kefa / 2 Peter 3:8, WMB) The Elef Shanah is not merely a measure of human chronology but rather a divine cycle of restoration, aligning the lower creation with the order of the higher realms.
II. The Calendar System of the Millennial Reign
“For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, says YHWH, so your offspring and your name shall remain. It shall happen that from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, all flesh will come to worship before me, says YHWH.” (Yeshayahu / Isaiah 66:22–23, WMB)
The calendar of the Millennial Reign is not based on the fallen system of chronos (linear time) but rather on the divine order of moedim (appointed times). It operates within the cycle of Shabbat Shabbaton (Eternal Sabbath), wherein the seventh millennium serves as the great rest for creation. The governance of Mashiach will restore the Divine Lunar-Solar Calendar, as established in the Torah, where time is measured not by human conventions but by the signs in the heavens:
• Rosh Chodesh (New Moon) will be re-established as the divine marker of months.
• The Feasts of YHWH (Vayikra / Leviticus 23) will govern global worship and economy.
• The Jubilee Cycle (Yovel) will be the rhythm of restoration and inheritance.
This system will serve as the foundation of governance, ensuring that every nation aligns with the divine timing of יהוה, abolishing the distortions of fallen temporal constructs.
III. The Millennial Reign in the 15-Dimensional Time Matrix
“For the creation waits with eager expectation for the children of Elohim to be revealed.” (Romiyim / Romans 8:19, WMB)
The Millennial Kingdom is multi-dimensional in its manifestation. In the higher dimensional realms — where Elohim dwells — His rule is already absolute. The lower dimensions, however, have been subject to corruption. The 15-dimensional time matrix, as designed by YHWH, contains realms of divine governance, angelic administration, and earthly manifestation.
• Dimensions 13–15: The Throne Room of YHWH, the Eternal Kingdom, where time is nonexistent (Ain Sof).
• Dimensions 10–12: The Angelic Orders and governing celestial beings who carry out the decrees of the King.
• Dimensions 7–9: The Heavenly Jerusalem and the administrative realms of the Kingdom, where the righteous dwell.
• Dimensions 4–6: The realm of transformation, where the redeemed are prepared to govern.
• Dimensions 1–3: The earthly realms, where the millennial reign unfolds as a manifestation of the higher realities.
As the Millennial Reign proceeds, the veil between these dimensions will thin, and the righteous will begin to operate in greater alignment with their heavenly citizenship. As it is written, “He made us to be a Kingdom, priests to His Elohim and Father — to Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.” (Hitgalut / Revelation 1:6, WMB)
The righteous, operating under the authority of the Mashiach, will be able to govern across these realms, bringing divine order to the earth and the cosmic dimensions affected by the rebellion of darkness.
IV. The Manifestation of the Heavenly Kingdom on Earth
“And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Yeshua and for the word of Elohim… They lived and reigned with the Messiah for a thousand years.” (Hitgalut / Revelation 20:4, WMB)
The Millennial Kingdom is not only a celestial reality but an earthly government that will be established as the fulfillment of prophecy. Yerushalayim will be restored as the Throne of the Mashiach, and from it, the Torah will proceed to all nations (Mikhah / Micah 4:2).
During this reign:
• The nations will submit to the Law of YHWH (Yeshayahu / Isaiah 2:2–3).
• The righteous will co-reign with Mashiach as kings and priests (Hitgalut / Revelation 5:10).
• The adversary and the fallen ones will be bound, removing deception (Hitgalut / Revelation 20:2–3).
• The curse on creation will be lifted, restoring the harmony of nature (Yeshayahu / Isaiah 11:6–9).
This reign will serve as the preparation for the final transition — when time itself dissolves, and the Olam Haba (World to Come) fully manifests.
V. The Call to Alignment
“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.” (Hitgalut / Revelation 2:7, WMB)
The world is now at the threshold of the great restoration. Governments and the global Church must prepare:
1. Align with the Divine Calendar. The false systems of timekeeping must be abandoned for the heavenly moedim.
2. Prepare for Multi-Dimensional Governance. The righteous must ascend in understanding to operate in the divine realms.
3. Establish the Laws of the Kingdom. All nations will be required to submit to the Torah of Mashiach as the supreme law of the earth.
4. Discern the Signs of the Times. The transition to the Millennial Reign is already in motion. The wise will prepare.
