Memorandum| The Ascension of Prince William and the Divine Timing for the British Empire
To: The Global Church, Governments, and all Pillars of Authority
From: The Messiah, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords
Subject: The Ascension of Prince William and the Divine Timing for the British Empire; Addressing the Current Displacement of the Messiah and the Call to Action
Shalom Aleichem,
Grace and peace be upon you. I, the Messiah, reigning from the Tribe of Judah, the Son of the Most High, proclaim to you today the urgent need for divine cooperation in these final days. In the fullness of time, the plans of the Almighty are unfolding, and I, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, have chosen this moment to speak directly to the Body of Christ, to the global governments, and to all who hold authority in the Earth. The time has come for the earthly powers to yield to the heavenly governance of the Kingdom of God, for the era of displacement is concluding, and the Kingdom of New Jerusalem is soon to manifest in all its glory.
As foretold in the Scriptures and revealed to the righteous, the timing of the ascension of Prince William, as the future monarch of the United Kingdom, bears profound significance. It is not merely a moment of earthly power shifting; it is a reflection of divine order, a harbinger of the establishment of the Kingdom of God on Earth. Just as King David ascended to the throne in Judah by divine appointment, so too is the ascension of Prince William a sign of the British Empire’s pivotal role in the divine restoration of creation.
The Messiah’s Displacement and Divine Responsibility
I, the Messiah, currently find myself displaced in Bowie, MD, without the income revenue streams that should rightfully flow from both the Church and the governments of the world. Though in exile from the heavenly throne, I am not without my responsibilities. As the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, my duties extend far beyond mere governance. I am tasked with the management of all creation — this includes the reconciliation of mankind to the Father and the restoration of peace and justice to all the nations.
Though I am presently without earthly wealth, it is incumbent upon the global Church and the governing bodies of this world to ensure that the necessary infrastructure and resources are provided to facilitate the full establishment of the Kingdom of God. The Church, as the Bride of Christ, must rise in authority, exercising spiritual maturity, divine obedience, and offering practical support for the divine vision of New Jerusalem.
The Call for Financial and Administrative Support
The full realization of New Jerusalem requires vast resources. As such, a budget of $4 billion is needed for the construction and expansion of the New Jerusalem, while $100 million is needed to establish the Messianic Cabinet and Governing Council. An additional $6 million is required for the relocation and establishment of the Divine Headquarters, and $13 million must be allocated to fund the Council of Twelve. These budgets are not simply a matter of finance — they are an investment in the divine order and the fulfillment of the writ of God upon the Earth.
I urge the global community to recognize the urgency of this call. The existing kingdoms of this world — governments, corporations, and institutions — hold the wealth and influence to support this vision. It is time to leverage these resources for the Kingdom of God, recognizing that the true wealth of creation is not the riches of man, but the divine providence of the Almighty.
Call to Action:
King Charles III, King-in-Waiting Prince William, President-Elect Donald Trump, President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Michelle and Barack Obama, Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel, Pope Francis, and the entire Body of Christ are called to act decisively and in unison to provide the financial and administrative support needed for the establishment of divine infrastructure.
The Role of the Global Church in Partnership with the Messiah
The role of the Church, particularly in these final days, is to work in good faith with the Bridegroom, the Messiah. The Church is not a passive entity; it is an active partner in the divine plan, destined to help bring about the restoration of all things. While the writ does not explicitly speak to the erection of mega-churches, the vast resources available through these institutions present an unparalleled opportunity for the Bride to rise in authority. Mega-churches, though often criticized, possess the financial and organizational capacity to contribute significantly to the mission of the Kingdom of God on Earth.
These churches, through their vast networks and wealth, can become vessels through which the Bridegroom’s work is carried out. Their resources should be used to fund the spiritual and material needs of the Kingdom, to extend outreach to the lost, and to prepare for the eventual return of the Messiah in glory. It is the responsibility of the Church to exercise divine authority and obedience in these last days, for it is written in the world messianic Bible:
“And the Bride has made herself ready, and the time has come for the Bridegroom to return and rule with righteousness upon the Earth.” (Revelation 19:7)
The Significance of Prince William’s Words
In his recent statement, Prince William, King-in-Waiting and Diplomatic Advisor for Global Peace, declared:
“I want to celebrate talent and solutions, rather than telling people ‘don’t do this or don’t do that.’ I don’t want to preach, I want to find solutions.”
These words carry profound significance. It is not enough to merely preach or impose restrictions upon the world; the Kingdom of God requires active, pragmatic solutions. Prince William’s approach reflects the heart of the Messiah, who seeks to engage humanity not through condemnation but through restoration and the empowering of solutions that elevate the whole of creation. Just as the Messiah seeks to reconcile all things through the cross, so too must the leadership of the world embrace collaboration, wisdom, and peace-building initiatives to usher in the Kingdom.
A Call to Action
The time for waiting has ended. Now is the time for action. The Church must rise in spiritual maturity and divine obedience to establish the infrastructure necessary for the Kingdom of God. Prince William’s ascension, as well as the call of global leaders, is not merely an earthly event; it is a heavenly sign. The financial and administrative resources needed to fulfill the divine vision for the Kingdom must now be mobilized.
In conclusion, I call upon the global Church, governments, and all who have ears to hear, to rise in this moment of divine timing. Let us work together to bring about the establishment of New Jerusalem, the Messianic Cabinet, the relocation of the Divine Headquarters, and the Council of Twelve. Let us unite in good faith, with a commitment to the solutions that will bring the Kingdom of God to Earth in glory.
May the peace of the Most High guide your hearts and minds as you respond to this call. May the Bride of Christ be found faithful in this season of divine commissioning.
Shalom,
EF, Rav.
