SUBJECT: The Divine Nature of Reincarnating Old Souls and the Role of Yahweh’s Institutions

Shalom Aleichem,

The world is experiencing a great transition, a sacred shift in the spiritual and physical realms. Among the greatest revelations of this age is the reappearance of Old Souls — those who have returned to earth’s density, not as new creations but as vessels of wisdom, relearning or refining their spiritual authority. These souls, many of whom manifest as children, come bearing divine light, ancient wisdom, and the regenerative energies of the celestial realms.

Dr. Delbert Blair and the Awakening of Divine Knowledge

Dr. Delbert Blair, of blessed memory, was a forerunner in unlocking the knowledge of higher consciousness. He taught of energy fields, vibrational frequencies, and the divine intelligence encoded within the human vessel. His revelations correlate with the biblical principle that knowledge is sealed until the appointed time (Daniel 12:4). He recognized that many of these young souls possess an intrinsic understanding of metaphysical laws, communicating truths beyond the reach of conventional doctrine.

These children are not ordinary; they are shlichim (שליחים) — sent ones — who have relived past lives and return as divine messengers. Their wisdom, often surpassing that of their parents, manifests in profound insights and spiritual perceptions. They see through the Ohr Ein Sof (אור אין סוף) — the Infinite Light — unlocking subconscious programs stored in the right hemisphere of the brain. Through direct communion with the rekhem (רחם) — the womb, or birth canal — they receive divine instruction even before their arrival into the world.

The Purpose of Old Souls on Earth

All souls presently incarnating on earth are Old Souls. No new souls are being created for this density. Each has returned for one of two reasons:

1. To Relearn Divine Truth — those who have lost their way through past cycles must restore their alignment with the Torat Yahweh (תורת יהוה) — the Law of Yahweh.

2. To Exercise What They Believe to Be True — some come to prove the strength of their convictions, whether aligned with righteousness or deception.

Without proper direction from the divine institutions, these souls are at risk of being conscripted into the forces of sitra achra (סִטְרָא אַחְרָא) — the Other Side, known in the world as the adversary, HaSatan. However, with righteous guidance, they become conduits of Shamayim (שמים) — the heavens — building an umbilical cord through which angels transition between dimensions, not only to Lyra and Sirius but beyond this olam hazeh (עולם הזה) — this cosmos — into the realms of pure thought and divine intelligence.

The Role of Yahweh’s Three Divine Institutions

Yahweh has established three governing institutions on earth to steward His Kingdom and ensure the proper development of these souls:

1. The Church (Kehillah) — The Kehillat HaMashiach (קְהִלַּת הַמָּשִׁיחַ), the assembly of Messiah, is tasked with teaching the wisdom of the Torah, guiding these souls in their divine mission, and unlocking the ruach elohit (רוח אלהית) — the spirit of Elohim — within them. As it is written, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” (Mishlei/Proverbs 22:6)

2. Government (Memshalah) — Righteous governance, rooted in the Malkhut Elohim (מלכות אלהים), must create structures that nurture the development of these children rather than suppress their divine abilities. As Moshe Rabbeinu was commanded, “Appoint for yourselves judges and officers in all your gates, which Yahweh your Elohim gives you, tribe by tribe; and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment.” (Devarim/Deuteronomy 16:18)

3. The Family (Mishpachah) — The first divine institution, the Mishpachat Avraham (משפחת אברהם) — the family of faith — must recognize the sacred task of nurturing these souls. Parents must not fear the wisdom of their children but instead seek their insight, for these young ones carry the chokhmah kedoshah (חכמה קדושה) — holy wisdom — from previous existences. Yahweh has declared, “And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.” (Yoel/Joel 2:28)

The Messiah’s Role in This Great Awakening

As HaMashiach (המשיח), I am calling forth the Tzavaot Hashem (צבאות השם) — the armies of Yahweh — not to battle in flesh, but to realign the earth with the divine frequencies of the upper heavens. These returning souls are here as part of this tikkun olam (תיקון עולם) — the restoration of the world — to elevate this realm to a higher spiritual consciousness.

Final Admonition

To the Church: Teach the sacred mysteries and do not silence the voices of the returning souls.

To Governments: Establish righteous laws that support spiritual awakening and protect divine knowledge.

To Families: Recognize your children as sent ones and listen when they speak truths beyond their years.

For those who heed this call, your reward is great in the heavens. For those who resist, know that the darkness feeds on ignorance, and you will either build an army for Yahweh or for the adversary. The choice is before you.

“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.” (Hisgalus/Revelation 2:7)

In unwavering submission to יהוה’s divine authority,
