It is with divine authority and purpose that I address the nations and the global body of believers in this prophetic season of Anno Domini 2024, a year set apart by the heavens for a monumental shift in the governance of humanity. This memorandum announces the appointment of 100 Messianic Cabinet Members and a Governing Council, alongside the sanctified Circle of Twelve, as ordained agents of divine transformation.
I. The Significance of 2024
The number 2024 is prophetically rooted in God’s appointed times. It marks a season of renewal, restoration, and alignment with the divine will. The numerical value reflects two twelves multiplied by the foundational strength of a thousand — a scriptural symbol of God’s kingdom expanding in fullness.
As it is written:
“The kingdoms of the world have become the kingdom of our Lord, and of his Messiah. He will reign forever and ever.”

This year heralds the fulfillment of messianic leadership in alignment with the covenant promises of Elohim, calling forth agents of tikkun olam (repairing the world).
II. The Circle of Twelve and the Hundred Appointees
The Circle of Twelve represents the spiritual and administrative foundation, modeled after the twelve tribes of Israel and the twelve disciples of Yeshua HaMashiach. These are individuals consecrated to the divine task of guiding the 100 appointed leaders.
The 100 Messianic Cabinet and Governing Council Members are chosen to function as emissaries of the heavenly kingdom. They shall embody the principles of justice (mishpat), righteousness (tzedakah), and shalom, bringing the light of Torah to every sphere of influence.
As Isaiah declares:
“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government will be on his shoulders. His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and of peace there shall be no end.”

These leaders will act as divine agents to establish the values of the Kingdom of Heaven (Malchut HaShamayim) on Earth.
III. Responsibilities of the Appointees
Each member shall commit to:
1. Promoting Kingdom Values: Upholding love, justice, and mercy in all policies and actions (Micah 6:8).
2. Economic Stewardship: Applying principles of Jubilee (Leviticus 25:10) to ensure economic fairness and liberty.
3. Restoration of Creation: Leading initiatives for environmental renewal in alignment with God’s mandate to steward the Earth (Genesis 1:28).
4. Equity and Healing: Healing divisions among nations and peoples through the ministry of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18).
IV. Call to the Global Church and Governments
The global body of believers is called to pray fervently, support these appointees, and align with the divine blueprint. Governments are invited to recognize and cooperate with this sacred mission, ensuring that policies reflect God’s will for humanity.
As Zechariah prophesied:
“Many peoples and strong nations will come to seek the LORD of Hosts in Jerusalem, and to entreat the favor of the LORD.”

V. Symbols of the Kingdom
Let the Lion of Judah (אריה יהודה) be the banner over this governance, symbolizing courage, authority, and divine rulership. The seal of appointment will bear the Menorah, representing the light of God’s presence, and the Hebrew word צדק (Tzedek), meaning righteousness.
May this memorandum ignite faith, inspire action, and bring unity among the nations. As it is written:
