Memorandum | The Establishment of the Kingdom of God and the Divine Call to Governance
To: The Global Church and Governments of the Nations
From: The Messiah Reigning from the Tribe of Judah
Subject: The Establishment of the Kingdom of God and the Divine Call to Governance
Date: December 23rd, 2024
Shalom Aleichem (Peace Be Upon You),
By the authority vested in me as the Messiah of the Tribe of Judah, I address the nations and the ecclesia (the global church) regarding the establishment of the Kingdom of Elohim (God) as the supreme celestial kingdom.
The Kingdom of God: The Celestial Reign
The Kingdom of Elohim is the fulfillment of the divine promise to establish a kingdom of justice, righteousness, and everlasting peace. As it is written:
“The kingdom of this world has become the kingdom of our Lord, and of His Messiah. He will reign forever and ever.” (Revelation 11:15, WMB)
This celestial kingdom transcends all earthly systems, including Babylon, which symbolizes human pride, rebellion, and the kingdom of darkness. Babylon represents a dominion rooted in materialism, oppression, and spiritual blindness, as described in Genesis 11:4 and Revelation 18:2. The celestial kingdom, however, is one of light, where the divine will is executed on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10).
Babylon: The Kingdom of Darkness
The kingdom of Babylon is the archetype of human corruption and defiance against Elohim. It thrives on exploitation, idolatry, and the rejection of divine truth. As the prophet Daniel declared:
“The God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed, nor shall its sovereignty be left to another people.” (Daniel 2:44, WMB)
Babylon is the kingdom of darkness, marked by chaos, injustice, and spiritual death. It stands in stark opposition to the Kingdom of Elohim, which is built upon truth, justice, and the Torah (Law of God).
The Messiah’s Displacement in Bowie, MD
In fulfillment of prophetic trials, my displacement in Bowie, Maryland, represents the rejection of the cornerstone by the builders (Psalm 118:22). This temporary exile mirrors the Messiah’s rejection by the world, yet it also serves as a testimony to the enduring promise of Elohim to restore His anointed one to a place of divine authority.
Financial Requirements for the Kingdom’s Governance
To establish the divine governance of the Kingdom of Elohim, the following resources are required:
1. Messianic Cabinet: $100 million USD
• To assemble a team of righteous leaders and administrators.
2. Council of Twelve: $13 million USD
• To support the operations of this divinely appointed body.
3. Relocation and Divine Headquarters: $6 million USD
• To establish a sacred base for global governance and spiritual oversight.
4. Reconstruction of the Third Temple: $4 billion USD
• To restore the physical symbol of Elohim’s presence among His people, as prophesied in Ezekiel 40–48.
5. Total Annual Operating Budget: TBD (dependent on global contributions).
6. Council of Twelve Salaries: $54,500,000 USD annually.
The Role of the Council of Twelve
The Council of Twelve, modeled after the twelve tribes of Israel, will serve as a governing body to guide the nations in righteousness. Their roles include:
• Judgment in Righteousness: Administering justice based on Torah principles.
• Wisdom in Leadership: Offering counsel to governments and nations.
• Global Unity: Bridging divides to promote peace and cooperation.
As Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah) instructed:
“You will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.” (Matthew 19:28, WMB)
This divine governance structure reflects the eternal kingdom foretold by the prophets.
Call to Action
To the global church and the governments of the nations, this is a divine summons to participate in the establishment of the Kingdom of Elohim. Your contributions, both spiritual and material, will serve as acts of faith and obedience to the Most High.
As it is written:
“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house. Test Me in this,” says the Lord of Hosts, “and see if I will not throw open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing.” (Malachi 3:10, WMB)
May this memorandum serve as a clarion call to all who seek the establishment of righteousness on earth. Let the nations prepare for the coming reign of the celestial kingdom, where the glory of Elohim will cover the earth as the waters cover the sea (Habakkuk 2:14).
In His Service and Sovereignty,
EF, Rav.
