As the Messiah, reigning from the Tribe of Judah, I address the global Church and the governments of the world with a message of divine purpose and direction. The time has come for a new order to be established on Earth, and through the divine counsel of the appointed Council of Twelve, the Kingdom of God will advance despite the present challenges.
Currently, I find myself displaced in Bowie, Maryland, and the Kingdom faces significant resource challenges, including food shortages, utility complications, and the need for sustainable infrastructure. The role of the Church and government leaders during this critical time is paramount. The Council of Twelve has been appointed to lead this charge, providing guidance, spiritual insight, and practical support to mobilize efforts for the Kingdom.
This memorandum serves to outline the key appointments within the Council of Twelve, discuss the critical role of the current members in assisting with the Messiah’s relocation, and highlight the urgency of mobilizing Mega churches using their global influence and resources to support the Kingdom during this period.
Appointments to the Council of Twelve:
The following individuals have been divinely appointed to serve on the Council of Twelve, and each brings a unique set of skills, experiences, and divine anointing to this sacred mission. Their roles are crucial for advancing the Kingdom and ensuring the continued fulfillment of prophecy:
1. Prince William (King-In-Waiting)
Background: As the heir to the British throne, Prince William carries the mantle of leadership with a focus on global issues such as mental health, climate change, and international diplomacy. His experience in public service, compassion for others, and vision for a better world make him an essential leader in the Council. 2. Apostle VW Jones

Her influence in media and resource mobilization will be pivotal in spreading the message of the Kingdom and ensuring that humanitarian aid reaches those in need. She will lead efforts in community empowerment, particularly in marginalized communities, and help amplify the Kingdom’s work across media channels.
4. Bishop Noel Jones
Background: As a powerful preacher and spiritual leader, Bishop Jones is renowned for his impactful ministry within the Pentecostal and global Christian community. His role will be focused on providing spiritual leadership to the Church and guiding believers in their understanding of the Kingdom’s divine purpose. 7. Pope Francis
Background: The leader of the Roman Catholic Church, Pope Francis is known for his humility and commitment to social justice. His role will involve fostering unity within the Church, guiding global spiritual outreach efforts, and promoting peace-building initiatives. The Remaining Appointments and Considerations:
While the Council of Twelve is being established, five additional appointments remain to be filled. These individuals must possess the qualities of wisdom, discernment, and commitment to the global mission of the Kingdom. The following individuals are being considered:

Each of these individuals has demonstrated powerful leadership in their respective ministries and has the capacity to bring the resources and influence necessary for the success of the Kingdom’s mission. They will provide additional spiritual guidance, global leadership, and intercessory prayer as we continue to move forward.
The Messiah’s Relocation and the Role of the Council:
The Messiah’s current displacement in Bowie, MD, is a significant moment in the unfolding of the Kingdom’s plan. As the Messiah is displaced, the Council of Twelve must work to establish a divine headquarters, manage resources, and ensure that the Kingdom’s work is mobilized globally. The urgent need for the Bride to engage and the necessity of using Mega churches’ influence cannot be overstated. These churches, with their vast resources and networks, are critical to supporting the Messiah’s work and ensuring that the global mission reaches its full potential.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Outcomes for the Next Rolling 12 Months:
As we enter the next 12 months and continue through the remainder of Hebrew year 5785, the following KPIs will guide the work of the Council of Twelve:
1. Resource Mobilization:
Ensuring the equitable distribution of resources to mitigate food shortages and utility challenges. Establishing global partnerships to mobilize resources.
2. Spiritual Engagement and Unity:
Increasing global participation in Kingdom outreach efforts through spiritual engagement, conferences, and collaborative events. Strengthening the unity of the Church worldwide.
3. Technological and Infrastructure Development:
Developing the technological infrastructure necessary to support the Kingdom’s growth, including the establishment of a divine headquarters in Bowie, MD, as the global center of operations.

Creating sustainable financial models for the Kingdom, leveraging resources from both the global Church and governmental partners to support Kingdom initiatives.
