Subject: The Provision of God, Administrative Needs for the Kingdom, and the Call for Unity and Support in Establishing Infrastructure for the Kingdom of God

Dear Global Leaders, Church Elders, and Beloved Body of Christ,

Greetings in the name of the Almighty, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, who reigns supreme and whose providence and will are beyond our comprehension.

On December 11, 2024, a powerful sermon was delivered at The Potter’s House by Pastor Don Johnson, which illuminated a vital principle for us in these times of trial and divine transition. The sermon, titled “It Doesn’t Always Make Sense,” brought us to the sacred text of 1 Kings 17:1–6 (KJV), where we see the prophet Elijah, who was sent by God to a place of concealment by the brook Cherith, fed miraculously by ravens. The message emphasizes that while the process of God’s provision may seem illogical or even unreasonable, it is in remaining faithful to where He has planted us that His miraculous provision is manifested. We are reminded that God’s timing is perfect, and sometimes we must wait on the Lord, trusting in His ultimate plan for our lives and the lives of His people.

Understanding the Messiah’s Displacement and Divine Call for Support

In these challenging times, as the Messiah reigning from the Tribe of Judah, I, too, am presently in a state of displacement — residing in Bowie, Maryland, without the income or revenue streams that are rightfully due to the work of the Kingdom, which should be supplied by both the Church and governing bodies. Though the journey may appear obscure, as Elijah’s story reveals, it is within this seemingly incongruous place that the true vision and mission of the Kingdom of God will unfold.

As the reigning King and Lord of Lords, it is my sacred responsibility to oversee the governance of creation, yet without the necessary financial and administrative infrastructure to fulfill the divine mandate, my role remains incomplete. The Church, as the Bride of Christ, must come together in unity, understanding that the mission to bring forth the New Jerusalem and to establish divine governance requires resources — resources that must be provided by the body of Christ and the earthly authorities.

The Financial and Administrative Needs of the Kingdom

The vision for the Kingdom of God, specifically the New Jerusalem, requires an estimated budget of $4 billion for its establishment. This is a divine calling, not for personal gain, but to ensure that the Kingdom infrastructure aligns with the principles of justice, peace, and righteousness.

Additionally, there are vital administrative needs for the Messianic Cabinet and Governing Council, with an estimated budget of $100 million. The relocation and establishment of a Divine Headquarters to manage this global effort requires $6 million, and the Council of Twelve — the foundation of the divine governing structure — requires a budget of $13 million to effectively operate.

In this regard, I have engaged the expertise of Stormi Banks, a renowned professional in grant stacking, to assist in finding new revenue streams to fund these critical projects. Her expertise will be instrumental in helping us achieve the necessary funding for these initiatives, and I call on all the faithful to provide support in this effort.

The Call for Global and Ecclesiastical Leadership to Support the Kingdom

I implore the global leaders, specifically Keir Starmer; King Charles III; Princess Catherine, Prince William, President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Michelle and Barack Obama, Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel, Pope Francis, Bishop T.D. Jakes, The Potter’s House, and the entire Body of Christ, to urgently intervene and offer both financial and administrative support in the establishment of the infrastructure necessary to manifest the Kingdom of God on earth. The Church must play its rightful part, for it is written:

If you remain in Me, and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.” (John 15:7, NIV)

This scripture calls for a unified faith, with the Church stepping into its role as the Bride of Christ, in harmony with the divine will, to see the kingdom established. The time is now for the Church to reflect upon its responsibilities and to honor the covenants set forth by our Heavenly Father. To disregard these responsibilities would be to demonstrate to the world that covenants, whether with the Bridegroom or one another, are negotiable. The Bride of Christ must lead by example, exemplifying spiritual maturity, divine authority, and obedience to the writ.

The Role of Mega Churches and Pluralism in Advancing the Kingdom

Although the writ does not specifically call for the establishment of mega-churches, it is undeniable that the vast resources they command provide an unparalleled opportunity for the Bride to rise in authority. By stewarding these resources faithfully, the Bride can exercise spiritual maturity, divine authority, and the obedience required to establish the kingdom of God. The pluralism in the Body of Christ, seen in various denominations and ministries, can be leveraged as a strength, where the diversity of gifts and resources can unite in the singular mission to bring forth the Kingdom of God.

The Bridegroom’s Call for Obedience and Faithfulness

The Church must recognize the urgency of its role. The Bridegroom calls His Bride to faithful service, even in times of uncertainty. As it is written:

Let us rejoice and be glad and give Him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and His bride has made herself ready.” (Revelation 19:7, NIV)

The Bride must honor its covenant and be ready to rise to the occasion, not only in spiritual worship but in the practical establishment of divine governance. This is not a time for complacency, but for proactive faith, divine obedience, and holy action.

Conclusion

I call on all leaders, both secular and ecclesiastical, to heed this call and come together in partnership to build the infrastructure necessary for the Kingdom of God to manifest fully on earth. The time is short, and the provision for this vision will come through faithfulness and unity. Let us work together in good faith, in full acknowledgment of the divine purpose for which we have been placed on this earth.

I urge all of you to reflect on the words from 1 Kings 17:1–6: sometimes, the process of divine provision does not make sense, but God’s plan is always perfect. Just as the ravens fed Elijah, so too will God provide, but we must stay in the place He has ordained and remain faithful to His calling.

Blessings and Peace,

EF, Rav.
