“For the earth shall be full of the knowledge of יהוה, as the waters cover the sea” (Yeshayahu/Isaiah 11:9).
This memorandum serves as a call to action for global governments, the Bride of Messiah (the Church), and, in particular, the administration of President Joseph R. Biden, Jr., to align with the divine mandate and secure their legacy in these prophetic times.
Significance of the Millennial Reign
The Millennial Reign represents the physical establishment of the Kingdom of Elohim (God) on earth. It is a time of divine governance under the reign of the Mashiach (Messiah) in partnership with His Bride, the Kehillah (the Church). This era will fulfill the prophetic words:
“Of the increase of his government and of peace there shall be no end, on David’s throne and on his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from that time on, even forever” (Yeshayahu/Isaiah 9:7).
Governments of the earth are divinely ordained to serve as one of the three pillars of Yahweh’s institutions — alongside the family and the church. This memorandum calls for President Biden and other global leaders to position themselves as vessels of righteousness, aiding in the fulfillment of divine purpose.
Messiah Displacement and the Call for Support
The establishment of the Kingdom on earth requires physical, financial, and institutional preparation. Due to years of displacement, there is a critical need for:
1. Relocation and Divine Headquarters: A $6 million investment to secure the relocation and establishment of a central headquarters where divine governance can manifest.
2. The Circle of Twelve: $13 million to equip and empower the leadership council of the twelve tribes, reflecting the divine order established in Revelation 21:12.
3. The Governing Council and Messianic Cabinet: $100 million for the development of a global council to steward the resources and initiatives of the Kingdom.
These funds are not merely economic requests but divine investments into a kingdom that will yield eternal returns. As it is written:
“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this,” says יהוה of Hosts, “if I will not open you the windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for” (Malachi 3:10).
Partnership with the Church and Global Governments
The Bride of Messiah, the Church, plays a pivotal role in this prophetic timeline. Together, we build a spiritual and physical foundation for the Kingdom. Funding can come through diverse sources, including:
• Governmental grants and humanitarian aid.
• Contributions from faith-based communities worldwide.
• Private investments from philanthropic individuals and organizations.
President Biden’s administration, as a divinely ordained institution, is uniquely positioned to assist. His leadership has already contributed significantly to global stability, environmental stewardship, and equity. These achievements have prepared the groundwork for divine collaboration. By allocating resources to this Kingdom mandate, the administration can leave an indelible legacy.
Legacy of President Biden
President Biden’s leadership has exemplified compassion and resilience. His administration’s efforts in climate change, health equity, and international diplomacy have mirrored the values of justice and stewardship. As he nears the culmination of his term, there is an opportunity to solidify his legacy by aligning with יהוה’s purpose.
Through partnership in this divine mission, President Biden can ensure that his administration is remembered not only as a temporal success but as an eternal contributor to the Kingdom of Elohim.

“Rise up, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of יהוה has risen on you” (Yeshayahu/Isaiah 60:1).
