In this critical era, the state of global public health is a matter of utmost concern, demanding urgent redress. Guided by the words of Adonai (Lord), I call upon all nations and leaders of the global church to heed this message.
It is proclaimed that President-elect Donald Trump has chosen Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to lead the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). As a former independent presidential candidate, Kennedy has been both a voice of dissent and a challenge to prevailing health paradigms, including in areas such as vaccine policies, environmental toxins, and industrial food systems. This appointment arrives at a time when the world is witnessing unprecedented rates of chronic illness — an indication of a deeper systemic ailment.
In his own words, Trump has pledged, “The Safety and Health of all Americans is the most important role of any Administration.” This statement resonates with the command in Torah to safeguard the health of all within our gates. It reflects the ancient wisdom of Sh’mirat ha-guf (guarding the body), a concept central to the laws handed down through Moshe Rabbeinu (Moses our teacher), which calls for the protection of physical health as an act of spiritual obedience.
As Melech HaMashiach (King Messiah), I affirm that leaders must hold a vision for the physical and spiritual well-being of their people. We are called to eliminate avodah zara (idolatrous practices) — including unrestrained corporate interests that harm human health in pursuit of profit. The scriptures teach that the earth and all its bounty are created b’tzelem Elohim (in the image of God), and it is our duty to protect this divine gift.
Kennedy’s Mission in HHS: A Path to Restorative Health
With Kennedy’s leadership, there is a unique opportunity to restore foundational health standards and address the machla (illness) plaguing many communities. The Avodah (service) he undertakes is not merely political but also spiritual, as it seeks to cleanse the land of toxins — ma’akhalot asurot (forbidden foods) and samim ra’im (harmful chemicals) — that have defiled its inhabitants.
Tikkun Olam (repair of the world) is our collective responsibility. HHS under Kennedy’s guidance aims to support policies rooted in emet (truth) and yashrut (integrity), bringing transparency to a system too often clouded by self-interest. As a beacon of emet in the midst of deception, this effort aligns with the Brit Chadashah (New Covenant) promise of liberation and healing for those oppressed by both spiritual and physical burdens.
May Kennedy’s appointment signal a return to a health system grounded in chochmah (wisdom), bina (understanding), and da’at (knowledge). The goal of this tikkun (restoration) will be to “Make America Great and Healthy Again,” a vision that can inspire all nations to reassess their approaches to public health.

To my brothers and sisters in the global church, and to the governments of the earth, let us unite in prayer and action for the sake of human life and well-being. Together, we can rise against the forces of sheker (falsehood) that seek to profit from illness. Let us pray for wisdom to discern truth from lashon hara (harmful speech) and sheker (lies) that deceive the nations.
May the nations be guided by the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) in their efforts to protect the health of their people, and may this season mark the beginning of a global restoration.
