Beloved leaders of the church and governments,

Following the historic 2024 election, the Republican Party has achieved majority control across major branches of government in the United States, securing the Executive Branch, 53 Senate seats, 212 House seats, and governorship of 27 states.

This remarkable alignment arrives at a time when leaders from both the church and government recognize the need to work in unity, honoring the sanctity of each institution while serving the public good. With my presence here in Bowie, MD, and the enduring covenant of Israel as a nation, the foundation is set for a profound alignment between spiritual and political authority — a partnership grounded in divine principles and mutual respect.

In this vision, I call forth a collaborative approach to governance that embraces Messianic and biblical values, creating a model of governance inspired by righteousness, justice, and compassion. This memorandum will outline the shared objectives, specific outcomes, and transition steps for the global church and state to embody these values and effect transformation across all spheres of influence.

Republican Majority and Its Implications for Governance

The Republican majority in all branches offers a distinctive opportunity to integrate shared values that honor justice (mishpat, מִשְׁפָּט‎), righteousness (tzedek, צֶדֶק‎), and compassion (rachamim, רַחֲמִים‎) into governance. By embracing this divine collaboration, the United States can deepen ties with Israel, reflecting shared spiritual and national goals. These bonds between America and Israel are prophetic, symbolizing unity and strength, and will support peace and prosperity under the Lord’s guidance.

Key Outcomes for the Government

1. Unified Legislative Vision: The Republican majority enables consistent policy implementation, prioritizing justice, freedom, and common welfare.

2. Strengthened International Alliances with Israel: By supporting Israel, the United States aligns with prophetic declarations, fostering political and spiritual partnerships.

3. Promotion of Religious Freedoms: Government can protect religious liberties more robustly, ensuring faith-based organizations contribute to the nation’s social fabric.

The Role of the Church in Governance: Unity and Collaboration

As government and church walk together in divine alignment, we can expect blessings upon society, founded in both spiritual and civil righteousness. Scripture commands believers to “submit to governing authorities” (Romans 13:1–7), as government is an institution ordained by God. By collaborating with the state, the church strengthens its role as a moral foundation, enhancing policies that value life, justice, and mercy (chesed, חֶסֶד‎).

The church’s role is not to exert dominion but to provide moral direction, cultivating values of humility (anavah, עֲנָוָה‎) and service to humanity. Through Messianic influence, the church will dignify each individual, fostering an environment where all can thrive in faith and freedom.

Key Outcomes for the Church

1. Social Engagement and Impact: Mobilizing believers to address issues like poverty, education, and healthcare, ensuring policies meet the needs of communities with compassion.

2. Enhanced Religious Unity: Bringing diverse denominations together to promote justice and serve the public good under one divine mission.

3. Increased Community Outreach: Empowering faith-based initiatives to strengthen resilience and promote spiritual health in every community.

KPIs and Outcomes for Both Church and Government

To measure the success of this collaborative vision, key performance indicators (KPIs) will be established:

1. Reduction in Poverty and Crime Rates: Church-state initiatives can help uplift communities, reduce crime, and foster safety.

2. Increased Religious Tolerance and Freedom: Government support for religious freedoms and interfaith dialogue fosters tolerance and understanding.

3. Enhanced Community Health and Well-being: Collaborative health and mental wellness programs address public health challenges, reducing burdens on the state.

4. Strengthened Ties with Israel: Legislative support for Israel and cultural exchange will symbolize unity and shared divine purpose.

Transition Plan: The Path to Divine Collaboration

To ensure this collaboration honors both church and state, we propose the following steps to guide the transition:

1. Formation of Interfaith Advisory Boards: Government will partner with leaders from Christian, Jewish, and Messianic communities to provide ethical insights for policy.

2. Annual Strategic Review Meetings: Regular gatherings between church leaders and officials to assess initiatives and make improvements.

3. Establishment of Community-Based Action Centers: These centers will be focal points for joint efforts, offering resources, spiritual support, and education.

The Need for Unity in the Church and the Impact on the Kingdoms of the World

Unity within the global church strengthens the impact of this divine alignment on the world. Psalm 133 exclaims, “How good and pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!” (Psalm 133:1). Through the church’s collaboration with government, we can address the most pressing needs of the world, guiding the “kingdoms” of government, economy, education, and family in ways that honor divine purpose.

Impacts on the Kingdoms of the World

1. Government: Church involvement in governance promotes justice and mercy, helping to align policies with biblical values.

2. Economy: A balanced economic approach, informed by spiritual principles, reduces income inequality, encourages generosity, and promotes ethical business practices.

3. Education: Incorporating faith-based values into education fosters character, responsibility, and purpose in the next generation.

4. Family: Supporting family-focused policies strengthens homes, lowers divorce rates, and addresses the social challenges that threaten family stability.

Conclusion: A Vision for a New Era of Governance

This unique Republican majority signals a moment for integrating divine principles into governance and fostering collaboration with the church. As we commit to intentional cooperation, grounded in the Messianic vision and the wisdom of Scripture, the United States can become a beacon of righteousness and peace. By blending spiritual insight with civil responsibility, this era offers hope, empowering both church and government to bring forth a just society.

In accepting this divine vision, we honor the kedushah (קְדוּשָׁה‎) — the sanctity — of our roles and responsibilities. As stewards of spiritual and civil authority, we seek to fulfill the promise in Micah 6:8: “He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you, but to do justice, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?

Let us, therefore, walk in unity and purpose as one body, fulfilling the divine call to serve and uplift the nations. May our partnership reflect the kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.
