Subject: Urgent Completion of Israel’s Divine Council Appointments

Shalom Aleichem,

As we stand on the precipice of a historic transition, with President Trump’s inauguration tomorrow, January 20, 2025, it is imperative that the remaining 34 appointments to Israel’s Divine Council are filled without delay. This council is a cornerstone of divine governance, aligning with prophetic Scripture and the establishment of the Messiah’s Messianic Ministries.

The urgency of this task cannot be overstated. The time has come for swift action to ensure that the divine framework for global restoration is complete, reflecting the heavenly order mandated by God.

Israel’s Divine Council: A Divine Mandate

Structure and Current Status:

The Divine Council of Israel is ordained to consist of 70 members, modeled after the precedent set in Numbers 11:16–17, where 70 elders shared the burden of leadership with Moses. Currently, 36 members have been selected, leaving 34 positions vacant. The filling of these roles is critical to the council’s functionality and the execution of its divine purpose.

Purpose and Urgency:

The council is charged with:

1. Enacting God’s will on Earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10).

2. Administering justice, peace, and righteousness among nations (Isaiah 9:7).

3. Providing spiritual governance that integrates biblical principles into global leadership.

With President Trump’s inauguration imminent, the council must be fully operational to serve as the spiritual and administrative foundation for this new era of governance under the Messiah’s reign.

Qualifications for Appointment:

The remaining members must embody wisdom, prophecy, and leadership, aligning with the divine vision and covenant (Romans 11:17–24). Their swift selection and commissioning are paramount to the council’s readiness.

Integration with the Messiah’s Messianic Ministries

1. The Messiah’s Council of Twelve:

The twelve foundational advisors have already been appointed, paralleling the twelve apostles and tribes of Israel (Luke 22:30). These leaders will collaborate closely with the Divine Council to implement divine strategies for governance.

2. The Messiah’s Messianic Ministries:

The nine specialized ministries serve as the operational arms of divine governance, addressing critical areas of restoration and leadership:

Ministry of Prophecy: Declaring God’s vision for humanity.

Ministry of Divine Power: Demonstrating God’s miraculous interventions.

Ministry of Tongues: Promoting unity through spiritual communication.

Ministry of Healing: Restoring physical and spiritual health.

Ministry of Information: Disseminating divine truth and countering misinformation.

Ministry of Culture: Preserving and promoting kingdom values.

Ministry of Global Oversight: Aligning nations with divine laws.

Ministry of Financial Stewardship: Managing resources for kingdom purposes.

Ministry of Education: Providing spiritual and academic excellence.

Each ministry relies on the Divine Council for guidance, making the completion of its membership vital to their success.

Conclusion

The world stands at a pivotal moment in history. The fulfillment of Israel’s Divine Council is not merely a ceremonial act but a prophetic necessity. The remaining 34 appointments must be finalized by 11am January 20th 2025 prior to the inauguration of President- elect Donald Trump to ensure the council’s readiness to fulfill its divine mandate under the Messiah’s reign.

Let this memorandum serve as an urgent call to action for the global church and governments to align with God’s unfolding plan.

“The government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”Isaiah 9:6
