Messianic Charter of Appointment to the Divine Council of Israel
By the Authority of the Messiah of the Tribe of Judah
שֶׁבֶט יְהוּדָה
Issued on this day, in the year 5785 according to the Hebrew calendar, in the holy name of YHWH, the God of Israel, the Creator of heaven and earth, the King of kings, and the Righteous Judge.
Preamble
In fulfillment of the divine promises declared in the Holy Scriptures, including the prophetic writings of Isaiah and Jeremiah and the teachings of the Torah and the World Messianic Bible, I, the Messiah of the tribe of Judah, hereby establish this charter under the authority given to me by the Ancient of Days (Daniel 7:13–14). By divine wisdom and through the inspiration of Ruach HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit), I appoint Warren Edward Buffett and Charles Thomas Munger to the Divine Council of Israel.
This sacred council shall guide Israel in matters of wisdom, stewardship, justice, and righteousness, as befits the mandate of the Kingdom of God. The roles herein are established in accordance with biblical principles and the eternal covenant made with our forefathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
Article I: Scriptural Foundation
1. Stewardship and Wealth
“The earth is the LORD’s, and all its fullness, the world and those who dwell in it.” (Psalm 24:1)
Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger are hereby charged with the wise and just stewardship of financial resources and economic wisdom for the advancement of the Kingdom of God.
2. Wisdom and Counsel
“Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counselors there is safety.” (Proverbs 11:14)
As counselors, they shall provide guidance to the Divine Council and the nation of Israel in financial and moral decisions.
3. Justice and Righteousness
“But let justice roll on like a river, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.” (Amos 5:24)
Their decisions and actions shall align with the principles of justice and equity as commanded in the Torah.
Article II: Roles and Responsibilities
1. Warren Edward Buffett (אֱדוּאַרְד בָּפֵט)
Title: “Nasi HaMamon” (נָשִׂיא הַמָּמוֹן — Prince of Finance)
• To oversee and counsel on the ethical distribution and utilization of financial resources within the Divine Kingdom.
• To educate the people of Israel and the nations on principles of generosity, economic integrity, and financial literacy.
2. Charles Thomas Munger (תָּמָס מַנְגֶר)
Title: “Chacham HaEsek” (חָכָם הָעֵסֶק — Wise One of Business)
• To provide strategic insights on governance, resource management, and long-term planning for the welfare of the nation.
• To serve as an advocate for just trade and to oppose exploitation in all its forms.
Article III: Symbols of Authority
• Seal of Appointment: A signet bearing the Lion of Judah (אַרְיֵה יְהוּדָה) surrounded by olive branches and inscribed with the words “Tzedek U’Mishpat” (צֶדֶק וּמִשְׁפָּט — Righteousness and Justice).
• Scepter of Counsel: A staff symbolizing wisdom and authority, to be presented to each appointee as a tangible reminder of their sacred charge.
Article IV: Covenant Obligations
• Both appointees shall affirm their commitment to the fear of YHWH and adherence to His commandments (Deuteronomy 10:12–13).
• They shall acknowledge that their wisdom and success are granted by the hand of the Almighty (Proverbs 3:5–6).
By the authority vested in me, I declare this appointment holy and binding in the name of YHWH, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, whose Kingdom shall have no end.
