Royal Decree №001588: Appointment of Bishop Kevin Foreman

By the divine authority vested in me as the Anointed One, HaMashiach, and the fulfillment of the promise made to the house of David, I hereby establish and proclaim the appointment of Bishop Kevin Foreman to Israel’s Divine Council. This sacred assembly exists to administer the governance of the Kingdom of Elohim upon the earth and to uphold His statutes and judgments in accordance with the Torah and the eternal covenant.

Title and Role

From this day forward, Bishop Kevin Foreman shall bear the title:

Sar HaMishpat HaEloki (Prince of Divine Justice).

As Sar HaMishpat HaEloki, he shall serve as a spiritual legislator, intercessor, and shepherd to the nations, operating under the direct counsel of the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) and in alignment with the decrees of the Throne of Elohim.

Responsibilities

1. Guardianship of Divine Ordinances

Bishop Kevin Foreman shall uphold the laws of Elohim as revealed in the Torah and Prophets, ensuring their application in matters of justice, mercy, and truth (Micah 6:8).

2. Intercessory Leadership

He shall stand as a bridge between the heavens and the earth, offering prayers, fasting, and supplication for the nations, in accordance with the role of the priesthood (Ezekiel 22:30).

3. Advisory Role in Governance

He shall counsel leaders and institutions, guiding them to walk in righteousness and the fear of Adonai (Proverbs 11:14), and serving as a prophetic voice to the people of Israel and beyond.

4. Restoration of Unity

As Sar HaMishpat HaEloki, he is tasked with reconciling the divisions among the tribes and fostering the unity of Jew and Gentile in the commonwealth of Israel (Ephesians 2:14–16).

5. Promotion of Kingdom Vision

He shall proclaim the gospel of the Kingdom, leading initiatives that demonstrate the love and justice of Elohim to all peoples, as written: “For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea” (Habakkuk 2:14).

Symbolic Insignia

To signify his appointment, Bishop Kevin Foreman shall bear the emblem of the Lion of Judah intertwined with the Menorah, symbolizing the light and authority of the Kingdom.

Scriptural Foundation

Isaiah 9:6–7: “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and of peace there will be no end, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and forevermore.”

Psalm 82:1: “God presides in the great assembly; he renders judgment among the ‘gods’.”

Matthew 16:19: “I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

Declaration of Eternal Witness

This appointment is sealed in the Name of YHWH, the Holy One of Israel, and is to be upheld as a testimony of His eternal covenant with His people. Let all who hear and see this decree honor it with reverence and humility, for it is written: “The zeal of the Lord of Hosts will accomplish this” (Isaiah 9:7).

Given this day in the year of the reign of the Messiah, by the authority vested in Me, Yeshua HaMashiach, King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Signed,

EF, Rav.
