Royal Charter of Appointment to the Messianic Cabinet

Issued by the Sovereign Authority of the Messiah, Lion of the Tribe of Judah

Date: 18 Shevat 5785 / January 18, 2025

By the Eternal Will of YHWH, Creator of the Heavens and the Earth, the One who appoints rulers and establishes their thrones,

To whom all dominion, power, and authority are given under heaven, as declared in Psalm 2:6–7:

“I have set my King on my holy hill of Zion. I will tell of the decree: YHWH said to me, ‘You are my son. Today I have become your father.’”

Let it be known to all nations, tribes, and peoples under the heavens that:

I. Declaration of Appointment

In recognition of his steadfast faith, wisdom, and leadership in the service of YHWH and His people, I, the Messiah, King of Kings and Lord of Lords, do hereby appoint Bishop Ronald Godbee to the Messianic Cabinet as the Minister of Divine Order and Ecclesiastical Affairs.

II. Role and Responsibilities

As the Minister of Divine Order and Ecclesiastical Affairs, Bishop Godbee is charged with the following duties, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and in alignment with the Scriptures:

1. Upholding Divine Order

• Establish and maintain the principles of justice, mercy, and faithfulness as outlined in Micah 6:8:

“He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does YHWH require of you but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?”

2. Shepherding Ecclesiastical Leadership

• Provide spiritual oversight, mentorship, and training to leaders of congregations worldwide, ensuring alignment with the teachings of Yeshua HaMashiach.

• Strengthen the unity of the Body of Messiah, in accordance with Ephesians 4:12–13:

“…for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith…”

3. Advising on Spiritual Matters

• Serve as a key advisor to the Messianic throne on matters pertaining to spiritual governance, intercession, and prophetic guidance.

• Ensure that all policies and decrees reflect the eternal Word of YHWH as written in Isaiah 9:6–7:

“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government will be on his shoulders… of the increase of his government and of peace there shall be no end.”

4. Advancing the Kingdom Mandate

• Champion initiatives that promote righteousness, peace, and joy in the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit), as described in Romans 14:17:

“For the Kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.”

III. Symbols of Office

The Minister of Divine Order and Ecclesiastical Affairs shall bear the following symbols of his office:

1. A staff of righteousness engraved with the words of Psalm 23:4:

“Your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”

2. A breastplate of wisdom inscribed with the twelve tribes of Israel, signifying the unity of YHWH’s people.

3. A seal of divine authority marked with the Lion of Judah, representing the sovereignty of the Messiah.

IV. Affirmation of Commitment

By accepting this appointment, Bishop Ronald Godbee affirms his unwavering dedication to the Kingdom of YHWH and his commitment to fulfill these responsibilities with humility and diligence, as a servant of the Most High.

V. Conclusion

This decree is irrevocable, established by the authority of the Messiah, as written in Matthew 28:18:

“All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth.”
