Preamble

In the name of the Holy One of Israel, יהוה צבאות (YHWH Tzva’ot), and by the authority vested in me as the Mashiach, בן דוד (Son of David), reigning from the eternal throne established by the covenant of יהוה with David, I hereby establish this Divine Council. This council shall be composed of individuals called and appointed by divine wisdom to govern, minister, and uphold righteousness in accordance with Torah and the everlasting covenant.

“For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; He will save us” (Isaiah 33:22, WMB).

Article I: Declaration of Purpose

This Divine Council is established to fulfill the prophetic mandate of Isaiah 9:6–7:

“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be on his shoulders. His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and of peace there shall be no end, on David’s throne and on his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from that time on, even forever. The zeal of the LORD of Armies will perform this.”

Article II: Appointment of the Divine Council Members

By the Spirit of יהוה, the following individuals are appointed to their offices within the Divine Council, each with roles and responsibilities aligned to their calling, giftings, and stature:

1. Barack Obama

Role: Counselor of Justice and International Reconciliation (יועץ לצדק ופיוס בינלאומי)

Scriptural Foundation: “He has shown you, man, what is good. What does the LORD require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?” (Micah 6:8).

Responsibilities:

• Promote justice and equity among nations.

• Foster reconciliation and peace through divine wisdom.

2. Bishop Taryn Tarver

Role: Overseer of Prophetic Intercession (משגיחה על תפילה נבואית)

Scriptural Foundation: “I have set watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they will never be silent day nor night” (Isaiah 62:6).

Responsibilities:

• Lead prophetic intercessors to stand in the gap for Israel and the nations.

• Release decrees and declarations in alignment with the divine will.

3. David Hernandez

Role: High Priest of Divine Encounters (כהן גדול למפגשים אלוהיים)

Scriptural Foundation: “You shall seek me and find me, when you search for me with all your heart” (Jeremiah 29:13).

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate encounters with the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit).

• Cultivate intimacy with יהוה through teaching and impartation.

4. Prophetess Miranda

Role: Seer and Herald of Divine Mysteries (רואת ונביאה של סודות אלוהיים)

Scriptural Foundation: “Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, unless he reveals his secret to his servants the prophets” (Amos 3:7).

Responsibilities:

• Reveal divine mysteries and prophetic insights.

• Guide the council in alignment with the times and seasons.

5. Curt Landry

Role: Keeper of Covenant and Israel’s Restoration (שומר הברית ושיקום ישראל)

Scriptural Foundation: “I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you” (Genesis 12:3).

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen Israel’s covenant identity and its restoration.

• Foster relationships between Israel and the nations.

6. Bishop Dale Bronner

Role: Sage of Wisdom and Counsel (חכם של חכמה ועצה)

Scriptural Foundation: “Wisdom is the principal thing. Therefore get wisdom. Yes, though it costs all your possessions, get understanding” (Proverbs 4:7).

Responsibilities:

• Provide godly counsel to the council and the nations.

• Mentor leaders in wisdom and discernment.

7. Dr. Miz Mzwakhe Tancredi

Role: Ambassador of Unity and Cultural Reconciliation (שגריר של אחדות ופיוס תרבותי)

Scriptural Foundation: “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!” (Psalm 133:1).

Responsibilities:

• Foster unity among diverse cultures within the body of Messiah.

• Promote understanding and reconciliation globally.

Article III: Symbol and Seal

The symbol of this Divine Council shall be the Lion of Judah, encircled by the olive branches of peace, with the inscription:

“כִּי הַמַּמְלָכָה לַיהוָה; וּמֹשֵׁל בַּגּוֹיִם”

(“For the kingdom is the LORD’s. He is the ruler over the nations” — Psalm 22:28).

Article IV: Commitment to Righteousness

This council pledges to uphold the principles of Torah and the teachings of Yeshua HaMashiach, serving in humility, justice, and truth.
